Today we rest the human body and mind,
Allowing your energetic being to activate.
Dear sweet soul,
It's now time for you to rest.
There's nowhere to be and nothing to do in this moment.
Your human form has been working for too long.
You are here to rest your soul,
To be loved,
To be held by the softness of your own heart.
It's time to rest your mind so that you may hear the whispers of your truth.
Rest for now,
Drop all identities.
Leave what you do for a living at the door.
Drop your identity as a daughter,
A sister,
Wife,
Mother,
Son,
Brother,
Husband,
Or father.
You have none of these human identifiers and responsibilities for now.
We are here to bring forth your soul.
I invite you to be present with each moment,
To experience yourself in your totality.
Release your body and allow yourself to be fully supported by the earth.
Notice your jaw releasing,
Your head and your neck completely release as they melt into the pillow.
Your arms start to feel heavy.
Your legs start to feel heavy.
Release your hips,
Your spine.
Notice the release of the space between your organs as you melt deeper and deeper and even deeper into a complete state of relaxation.
You notice a bright white light coming from above,
Entering the top of your head,
Activating your crown chakra with a bright white light,
Deepening your connection to source.
The white light travels down to the middle of your forehead,
Activating your third eye chakra,
A bright violet,
Harnessing oneness with your intuition,
The voice of truth from your highest self.
It continues down to the base of your throat,
Activating your throat chakra to a bright beautiful blue,
Opening up the courage to always speak your truth with love and a compassion.
The white light moves down,
Activating your heart chakra in the middle of your chest to a bright,
Bright beautiful green,
Allowing an abundance of love and compassion to flow in and out,
Always ready to not only give,
But to receive love.
It moves down,
Activating the solar plexus right below your sternum to a bright yellow,
Allowing you to step into your power with confidence and with unwavering self-respect.
It moves down right below your belly button,
Activating your sacral chakra to a bright orange,
Allowing you to expand into your creativity,
Joy,
Pleasure,
And safely process your emotions.
Finally,
The white light settles into your root chakra at the base of your spine,
Activating it to a bright red,
Communicating that you are safe,
Secure,
Protected,
And always being taken care of by your guides and source.
Spread your arms with a strong straight posture,
Looking up,
Feeling,
And embracing this activation of your energy centers.
Immerse fully and completely in this state of power,
Humility,
And oneness.
Send the white light down to the center of the earth,
Down past your home,
Down past the rocks,
The soil,
Past all the layers of the earth.
Send it down,
Down,
Down.
In the center of the earth,
You notice a bright,
Beautiful,
Ancient healing crystal.
It's ancient,
Just like the earth,
And it's survived many,
Many eras,
But it's still here today,
Wiser than ever,
More beautiful,
Brilliant,
And full of healing powers.
This crystal offers healing,
Grounding,
Safety,
Stability,
And deep,
Deep wisdom.
Anchor your energetic cord into this crystal,
Allowing Mother Earth to send you her energy up the cord and into your body.
Feel Mother Earth transferring her wisdom,
Love,
Nurture,
Healing powers,
Safety,
Stability,
Abundance,
And beauty into your skin,
Organs,
Tissues,
Cells,
Atoms,
DNA,
And your soul.
Open up and feel this energy download.
Allow it to impermeate in and around you.
You are connected from above as below.
As Source clears you with white light,
Mother Earth heals you with her unconditional,
Nurturing love.
Here you are not your body.
You are not your mind.
There is no space.
There is no time.
You are simply a conscious energy connecting to another conscious,
Energetic force,
A light merging with another light as you become one.
You are the universe and the magnificence of the universe is you.
Allow the pulse of the universe to become one with the pulse of your heart.
Allow this white light within you to shine so bright and so bright.
So powerful.
It expands beyond your body to form a circle around you.
This beautiful sphere around your energetic body can be as wide and expansive as your consciousness will allow as you are an expansive,
Limitless being.
Expand.
Beyond this energetic aura around you and settle into this beautiful vibrational frequency.
Here you are safe.
You are loved.
You are held by the universe.
As you move through your day,
Remember this place of safety.
Remember this place of love and nurture.
Remember this place of power.
You are one with the universe.
