Welcome to today's quick breath reset practice.

I'm Jake,

I'll be your guide.

And today we're going to do one activating round where we incrementally pick up the pace until we reach the top for a hold and then come back into our body.

Nice and simple,

Follow along with my breathing.

Find a comfortable seated or lying down position.

If it's safe to do so,

Close down your eyes,

Bring your attention into your body.

This entire round will be in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Become present with all of the sensations that are arising.

Taking one recovery breath through the nose,

Fill the belly,

Fill the heart and sigh it out again,
