Welcome to this crystal sound activation.

Throughout this short session today you will have the opportunity to receive encoded sound frequencies to amplify your intention and to restore any crystals within your field to the most highest frequency that is available.

It's helpful to have the crystals and a water bottle nearby and to find a space free from distraction where you can sit or lay and begin to make yourself feel comfortable and relaxed.

I invite you to slow the breath and we begin by scanning from the top of our body moving down.

Noticing if you have any pockets of tension that you can begin to consciously release by relaxing the joints,

The muscles,

The surrounding tissues.

Scanning through your whole body down to the soles of your feet.

Traveling beyond your feet until you reach the edge and base of your energy field.

I now invite your energy field to hold and absorb and resonate its divine organic structure.

Allow this frequency to travel up through your field.

Clearing attachments,

Cords,

Energetic debris and asking any beings unable to hold this frequency to leave your field immediately.

Traveling up through the torso,

The throat,

The back of the neck,

Pineal gland,

Up and up until you reach the top of your field.

Allowing this vibration to shower down through your entire energetic field connecting you to your soul's resonance.

Bringing your attention to your heart space and traveling with this next vibration so that you land right within the heart center.

As we look within a golden passageway that is adorned with flowers appears,

You take one step forward and accelerate through space so as by the time you step again you feel the cooling tiles connect to the soles of your feet.

You have arrived in the most beautiful dome shaped around your ear.

There are plants,

Bookshelves,

Crystals and as you cast your gaze upwards the most spectacular panoramic view.

Candy floss clouds,

Trees and the sunlight being gently diffused on the leaves and it sparkles as it passes through the leaves and lands on your skin offering a soothing warmth and glow.

You hear the familiar crackle of an open fire and you see a beautiful violet flame.

Not just a thing of beauty but a helper here today if any transmutation is necessary.

You see to your side a plush sofa with blankets and cushions and a small coffee table where you can now place any small crystals into the abalone shell and rest any larger crystals onto the table.

All that remains for you to do now is to snuggle up,

Stretch out or sit comfortably in this healing space and allow these encoded frequencies to cleanse,

Clear and recharge both yourself and the crystals you have brought with you today.
