Transcript

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Allowing yourself to find this place of comfort so you can fully relax and dive right into your meditation.

You can come to lying down on your back,

Either on your bed,

The couch,

Or maybe even on your yoga mats on the earth.

Allow the legs to be hip distance apart,

The feet are flopped open,

Arms are by your side,

Palms facing up in a gesture of receiving.

Taking these few moments to really settle in,

Finding that place of comfort,

Allowing stillness to take over for the remainder of the meditation.

Once you have found this place of comfort,

Start to bring your awareness to your breath.

Gently you'll start to deepen the breath,

Sending the breath into the belly space.

The nice big inhale right down to the depths of the belly,

Filling up the entire belly.

And with your exhales you start to release and let go a little bit more.

Breathing deeply into the belly.

With each breath you take,

Find your body relaxing more and more,

Feeling your body let go with every exhale,

In and out,

Softening,

Relaxing,

Deepening.

Bringing all of your awareness into this moment right now.

Feel your body heavy as it lays here.

Feel the air as it enters and exits your body.

Feeling your chest and belly rise and fall with each breath you take.

Bringing all of your attention into this moment right now.

And in this moment you have all the space you need to completely relax and go within.

If you notice any thoughts arising throughout your meditation,

Just let them be with no attachment.

You do not need to follow them.

Simply allow them to pass in front of you and then let them go.

If you notice any emotions and feelings arise,

Do not resist these feelings,

Just let them be and let them go.

Breathing in and out.

Gently starting to bring your attention into your physical body.

Doing a quick scan from head to toe.

Noticing any areas of tension or stress,

Is there anywhere you can release?

Anywhere you can soften?

Now each number you hear will allow you to dive deeper and deeper into relaxation.

You are letting go completely.

You are deeply relaxed in this moment.

You feel yourself release all stress and tension.

Drifting down deeper and deeper.

All the way into a deep state of consciousness.

You are completely relaxed and open to love,

Light and healing.

Now I want you to imagine you're going on a walk.

A walk to freedom,

Authenticity and self love.

This is a walk of getting to know yourself,

Loving yourself and knowing who you truly are.

Finding your authentic self.

Knowing that you have all the answers within you.

Now I want you to imagine yourself on this authentic self walk.

What does your walk look like?

Are you on a path by a gentle stream in the mountains?

Or are you on a beautiful sandy path by the beach?

Wherever you are,

You are meant to be here.

This is your path.

Your authentic walk towards your inner self.

Your true self.

Your pure unconditional love of self.

Look around you.

What are you seeing?

What are you smelling?

How do you feel?

Know that within you is the real you,

Waiting to fully merge with the real authentic you,

Your higher self.

Know that as you progress along this path you are safe and you are being guided by higher source towards something beautiful.

As you walk along this path,

Your authentic walk,

You start to notice a small table and a chair coming up.

You start to walk towards that chair.

That chair is meant for you to sit in.

You place your hand upon this chair,

Feeling the texture of this chair.

How does it feel?

Gliding your hand along as you start to take a seat in this chair.

As you look down to the table,

You notice a blank set of cards and a black pen lying there.

This is your very special set of note cards,

Meant just for you.

To write down anything that you would like to release.

Anything that is holding you back from loving the true you.

Anything holding you back from becoming your authentic self.

You pick up the pen and decide to write what you wish to release.

Your fears,

Any insecurities,

Any limiting self beliefs.

Start to write these down.

As you write these things down,

You start to notice they are slowly releasing from you.

That you are breathing easier.

You are becoming more relaxed,

More focused and you feel more hopeful.

Keep writing.

You are doing really well.

When you are ready and finished,

Know you have now released these fears and insecurities onto the paper.

Now you are finished with writing these down.

You notice to the right of you,

There is a small fire burning gently in a beautiful fire pit.

This gentle fire was made just for you.

This is your fire of releasing.

You gently get up with your note cards in your hands and walk over to the fire.

You feel a warm,

Beautiful and safe energy coming from the fire and you know what to do.

This is your time to drop your cards into the fire,

One by one releasing those fears into the fire.

When the fire burns those cards away,

Your fears are no longer there.

You are free as you release the last one into the fire.

You notice that you no longer have these fears inside of you.

They are completely released,

Completely burned away.

You realise that you have let go and you feel a sense of pure wholeness for you know now that you have transformed.

You slowly turn around and look behind you,

Back to your path and you start your authentic walk again towards your path.

You start moving forwards and you feel a sense of pure joy in your heart,

Pure freedom and know now you have released your fears.

You know that just over the upcoming hill is your new found freedom and you wonder what does this look like.

You also know that just over the hill is you,

The new you,

Ready to merge with the current you.

You are nervous but really excited.

As you notice you are now trusting yourself,

Loving yourself fully,

Standing taller.

You can fully breathe,

You are grounded and joyful.

Slowly you walk up towards the hill,

Starting to walk up the hill all the way to the top.

When you reach the top of the hill you look down to the bottom and there you are,

Your authentic self.

Wow,

Look at your authentic self and the life you are living.

See your dream life below,

Visualize how it looks,

How it feels.

Your authentic self is living that life at the bottom of the hill.

Slowly your authentic self starts to look up at the current you.

They are shining,

Full of love,

Happiness and joy.

Filled with so much love you start to run down the hill towards your authentic self.

Without any hesitation you collide and merge with your authentic self.

You are now your authentic you,

Fully merged,

Trusting yourself,

Shining your light,

Loving you.

You feel purity within,

Pure unconditional love.

You feel a sense of peace that you have never experienced before.

You feel a sense of gratefulness.

And looking down at your hands you have a new set of golden cards.

Your new positive cards with affirmations.

Affirmations including,

I now fully love and accept myself.

I am the light that I have been looking for.

I love myself,

I trust myself,

I am living my dream life.

You feel a deep sense of love unconditionally for you,

The new you,

The authentic you.

You are living your dream life,

You are confident in yourself,

You know what you want and you have all the power to manifest it.

Gently repeat in your minds eye after me.

I am true to my heart and soul's desires.

I am living my authentic life.

I am pure love and light.

I love myself unconditionally.

I fully trust myself.

I am living my dream life.

As you gently start to bring your awareness back to the physical body,

Bring the authentic you to the room,

To the world,

Into reality.

Start to deepen the breath.

Start to notice any sounds inside and outside of the room.

Bringing in gentle movement of fingers and toes as you fully arrive back home.
