This guided meditation will help you to take anything that you are worrying about,
Stressed over or fearful of out of your head and to hand it over to the universe.
Before beginning,
Please take some time to get comfortable.
It does not matter whether you are sitting or lying down.
When you are ready,
Gently close your eyes and bring your focus to your breath.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and let it out through your mouth with a sigh.
And again,
Breathe in deeply through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
As you continue breathing deeply,
Feel as your body begins to relax.
Let go of all the stress and worry and effort it has taken you to get to this point of your day.
If your mind is busy,
Return your focus to your breath,
Feeling the sensation as you breathe in deeply through your nose and then out through your mouth.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
Allow your breathing to return to normal and visualize yourself sitting high on a soft grassy hill.
The sky is blue.
There are soft white clouds dotted about above you.
The sunshine is gentle and warming on your body.
You are looking out over a beautiful valley.
Down below is a crystal blue lake.
To the right a forest full of life.
And curving around to the left are majestic mountains rising up to meet the sky.
You are the only soul here.
It is peaceful and serene.
As you are sitting there,
Feel the light and love of the universe pouring through your ground chakra and lighting you up.
This light reaches every part of your being,
Gently nourishing and nurturing you,
Holding you safe and then continues through your tailbone deeply into the earth,
Grounding you.
Sit with this energy.
Feel it revitalizing you as it flows through every part.
Turn your attention towards the mountains.
They are calling your name.
See yourself walking down the softly sloping grassy hill towards the mountains.
Take your time.
Enjoy the feel of the soft grass on your bare feet.
At the base of the mountain there is a path.
It slopes softly up with smooth stone steps now and then.
The path is bordered by trees and plants.
The mountains are alive and thrumming with energy.
This is a sacred place.
Begin your journey up the path.
Enjoy the sensation of the dirt beneath your feet,
Listening to the birds singing around you.
The path continues to wind upwards,
Climbing ever higher.
Up ahead,
Just to the edge of the path,
Is a beautiful waterfall falling into a deep rock pool.
You walk into the water.
It's hot and you can feel any physical stress you may be holding in your body melting away.
You wade towards the waterfall.
The depth of the pool is perfect for you.
You can stand underneath the waterfall,
Immersed up to your chest in the beautiful hot water.
The waterfall flows over you,
Helping to clear your energy of anything that is no longer serving you.
Enjoy the sensation.
Feel the energy as it flows through you.
When you are ready,
Walk out of the water,
Feeling revitalized,
Energized,
Hopeful.
You are instantly dry as your feet touch the dry land and you continue following the path up the mountain.
You are nearing the peak now.
There is an amazing view over the valley.
You know that you are perfectly safe on this mountain.
This place was designed just for you.
Everything here is to help and serve you.
This is a sacred place.
The path comes to an end and set into the mountain face is a beautiful rounded cave.
The entrance to the cave is glowing and flickering with light.
You enter it and in the middle of this sacred space there is a swirling vortex of energy.
This energy is pure love.
This energy is pure universal love.
As it spins it is throwing off rainbows of light within the cave.
It looks like the energy is dancing.
Feel the joy.
Sit cross-legged next to the energy facing the entrance to the cave.
Now we are going to take all of the stress,
Worries,
Fears out of your head and pass them into this light.
For there is no need for you to hold on to them any longer.
Give them to the universe and the universe will transform them for you.
Visualize yourself pulling the energy of your worry or stress.
Feel where in your body or your head the worries or stresses that you are carrying are sitting and visualize yourself slowly pulling them out of you.
Focus on one thing at a time.
As you pull this energy out it hovers in front of you.
When you feel it all gone from your body take this ball of energy.
There is nothing to fear from it.
It is just energy which is no longer serving you.
Spank it for whatever it has taught you,
The gifts it has given you and then gently place it into the dancing energy of universal love.
Know that the universe will take care of this for you.
Think to yourself,
I have handed this over to the universe.
There is no need for me to dwell on this any longer.
I trust that everything is working out perfectly for my highest good.
Repeat this process for as many times as you need to,
To take out all of your fears,
Worries and stress.
When you have finished,
Thank the energy and leave the cave now.
With knowing that this sacred space is always here for you should you need it.
You do not need to climb the whole path again.
Any time in your daily life you can take a moment to close your eyes and to feel your way to the cave.
If any of these thoughts pop up again,
Take yourself to the cave and place whatever little particles of energy are still within you into the universal light.
When you are ready,
Slowly bring your attention back to your body and open your eyes.
