I invite you to close down your eyes now. To ensure that your body is in a comfortable position and to turn your attention to your breath. Notice your breath as it moves in and out of your body. Notice where you can feel it flow and then take a deep conscious breath in through your nose and let it out through your mouth with an audible sigh. Feel your body releasing any tension it may be holding. And then again take a deep full breath in through your nose releasing it with a sigh. Let go of any care or stress that you have been carrying. Relax. And then again a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth with a sigh. Know that you are safe to be here. That this is the perfect place for you to be right now. Allow your breathing to return to its natural state as you bring your awareness to your root chakra. See sense feel or imagine a swirling ball of red vital energy at the base of your tailbone. And then from this chakra see a deep golden thread of energy reaching downwards deep into the earth. Feel it as this energetic cord connects to the energetic heart of mother earth. The loving powerful energy of the earth flows back up through this cord and into your root chakra. Feel it energizing you connecting you. Feel yourself held by the powerful loving embrace of the earth. And then this energy moves up your spinal column flowing up from the earth through your root chakra and up to the swirling orange that is your sacral chakra. And then to the sublime yellow which is your solar plexus. And then further upwards to the forest green of your heart chakra your energetic center. And then still upwards to the sky blue of your throat chakra. And then to the indigo of your third eye. And then up through your violet crown chakra. The energy continuing extending far above you on the golden cord. And then as you breathe in deeply and exhale you feel the energy of the universe pouring back down through this cord connecting with the energy from mother earth. And then flowing back down through you and into her in a beautiful dance that lights up every cell of your being. As you breathe in feel the energy from mother earth flowing upwards through you through each of your chakras. And as you exhale feel the energy of the universe flowing back down through you through each of your chakras and deep into the earth. Stay with this cycle feeling the energy as it moves through you deeply nourishing you. Breathe in and the energy from the earth flows up through you. Exhale and the energy of the universe flows down through you. And now knowing that this flow of energy will continue without your conscious direction of it. Turn your attention to the center of your chest and see there a beautiful spark of light. This is the light of your infinite consciousness. This is the light of your true self. As you focus your attention on it it begins to expand effortlessly throughout your chest and then further until it expands throughout your entire physical form. As you continue breathing deeply it expands into your energy body surrounding your physical self in a beautiful light. The light of your divine consciousness. It then expands further easily and effortlessly expanding to fill the room that you are in. Lighting up everything and anyone in it with your light. Slowly effortlessly it expands further throughout your entire building. And then your neighborhood. Feel your connection to all things as your energy continues to expand with ease and grace through your entire town. And then further still rolling out over your entire state. With ease and effortlessness it expands further to cover your entire country. And then it rolls onwards covering the entire earth. The beautiful light of your true self in its infinite state limitless shining brightly. And then it continues to expand outwards from the earth always easily and effortlessly with beautiful grace rolling out through the universe. Until you are so aware of your infinite nature that you connect with pure universal energy. You may see this as an all encompassing beautiful light or you may just feel it within yourself or you may imagine it in your minds eye. However it occurs for you it is just perfect. Relax into this embrace from the infinite. Feel the pure love that is all there really is. And allow yourself to be submerged in it completely. Stay with this expanded consciousness. Breathing deeply. Thinking deeper into communion with the divine. And now from your expanded state hold the world in your minds eye. See it being bathed with light and love. Everywhere the light touches it dispels the illusion of darkness. As the light touches each person who has forgotten the truth of who they really are. It reminds them and their own light begins to shine more brightly dispelling the illusion of lack and darkness. And for each person who lights up the others around them begin to light up. And the light of the infinite consciousness that is in each and every one of us joins together. The whole world lit up with love. Now bring your awareness back to your body. Feel your breath as it moves in and out of your physical form. And then when you are ready open your eyes. And now from your expanded state hold the world in your minds eye.
