Picture yourself standing at edge of a serene,
Tranquil lake.
The water is calm,
Reflecting the clear blue sky above.
As you gaze upon the lake,
Feel a sense of serenity and peacefulness washing over you.
Imagine that you are slowly stepping into the soothing waters of the lake.
Feel the coolness of the water against your skin as it envelopes you in a gentle embrace.
With each step,
Sense your worries and stress being released from your body,
Gradually melting away into the water.
Let's introduce affirmations that will guide you towards releasing stress and anxiety.

Now imagine that you are gently floating on the surface of the lake,

Imagine a small boat floating nearby.

Gently climb into the boat and lie down,

You are safe,
Cared for and free from the burdens of stress and anxiety.
Take a few moments to simply be,
Resting in the boat and basking in the soothing energy of the moment.

Inhale deeply,
