I invite you to go ahead and close your eyes if you haven't already.
Closing your eyes and beginning to drop into your body in this moment.
I invite you to begin to relax your shoulders,
Relax the muscles in your face,
The space between your eyebrows.
Maybe noticing where in your body you might be holding on to any tension.
Can you relax into that space?
Breathe into that space.
Taking a big inhale here into the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
And on your next inhale I invite you to begin to imagine your breath moving down the base of your spine.
Moving down your spine until it hits the base of your spine,
Your root chakra.
Taking a moment to connect with your roots.
Maybe feeling gravity pull you down.
Feeling the stability beneath you,
The earth beneath you,
The chair beneath you,
The bed beneath you.
And as you are establishing this connection with your root chakra,
I invite you to begin to imagine your roots opening up energetically.
And imagining roots beginning to grow out of the base of your spine,
Digging deeper into the earth beneath you.
And as you continue to breathe,
On every single exhale I invite you to let go of any energy that does not belong.
Any stagnant energy giving it back to the roots beneath you,
The earth beneath you.
So that it can be transmuted into something else,
Something new.
And on your next breath,
On your next inhale,
I invite you to bring your attention to your crown chakra right above your head.
Opening up your crown chakra.
Establishing a connection between you and the highest realms of love and consciousness.
Opening up your crown and beginning to imagine a light pour into your body,
Nourishing every single cell.
Imagining this light beginning to move down into your third eye space.
Opening up your third eye so that you can begin to visualize and see your highest self.
What does your highest self look like?
What does your highest self feel like?
What are they doing?
Who are they with?
Visualizing your highest self in as much detail as you can.
And saying to your highest self,
I will see you so soon.
Now imagining this light beginning to pour down into your throat chakra.
Opening up your throat so that you can speak your truth and express your truest expression.
What is it that you've been meaning to say?
What can you say to yourself right now in your mind's eye?
To make yourself feel so much better in this moment.
What truth needs to be released?
Now allowing this light to move down into your heart space.
Opening up your heart chakra.
And in this moment beginning to cultivate feelings of love and gratitude.
What is it that you are grateful for today?
Who is it that you are grateful for today?
Seeing in your mind's eye whatever it is that you are grateful for.
And feeling the frequencies of love and gratitude take over.
And with every single breath allowing that to expand.
Now allowing that light to move down into your solar plexus,
In your gut area.
And repeating after me in your mind,
I have a purpose on this planet.
I have a purpose and I am aligned to it.
Now allowing this light to move down into your sacral,
Your womb,
Your divine feminine,
Your divine masculine.
Allowing this light to open up your sacral chakra so that you can birth into this world your dearest creations.
What is it that you want to create?
What is it that you will birth into this world?
Now allowing this light to move down into your root chakra where we began right down at the base of your spine.
And taking a big deep breath here.
And on the exhale imagine all the stagnant energy,
Anything that does not align.
Again giving it back to the roots beneath you,
The earth beneath you.
And now taking a moment to energetically close all the portals that you had just opened.
Closing these portals,
These chakras,
So that you can keep this high vibration within you for the rest of your day,
The rest of your week,
And the rest of your month.
Taking one last breath here,
Big inhale.
And exhale,
Let it go.
Know that you can always return to this meditation when you want to realign your chakras.
Going ahead and wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Beginning to bring yourself back into your body,
Bringing movement back into your body.
Gently opening your eyes and returning back to your day.
