Hello ladies and welcome to this self-love meditation.
I invite you to go ahead and find a quiet space where you can be undisturbed.
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Holding it at the top for a moment.
And gently exhaling through your mouth.
Let yourself fully arrive here in this moment.
This is your time,
This is your space,
And this is for you.
As you continue breathing,
Beginning to bring awareness to your body,
Noticing the weight of your body resting on the surface beneath you.
Feel the points of contact,
Your feet on the floor,
Your back against the chair,
The support of the earth beneath you.
With every inhale,
Imagine drawing in warmth,
Love,
And light.
With every exhale,
Releasing any tension,
Any doubt,
Any resistance.
Letting go of anything that does not serve you.
Now bring your awareness to your heart space.
Place one hand over your heart.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest.
Your heart that beats for you every single moment without hesitation.
This heart,
This body,
This breath,
They are all here for you,
Working in harmony to support you.
Now I invite you to begin to envision your highest self.
This is the version of you who embodies deep,
Unconditional love for yourself.
She is radiant,
She is powerful,
She moves through life with ease and grace.
Picture her standing in front of you.
Notice how she carries herself,
The way that she stands tall and open and confident.
See the glow in her eyes,
The warmth of her smile.
She radiates self-love,
Self-trust,
And inner peace.
Look closer.
She is you.
This version of you that already exists within.
She loves the way that she looks,
Not because of external validation,
But because she sees herself through eyes of love.
She embraces every curve,
Every freckle,
Every unique part of her being.
She doesn't strive for perfection,
She honors exactly who she is,
Knowing that she is already enough.
She loves her personality,
The way she laughs,
The way that she expresses herself,
The way that she holds space for others and for herself.
She embraces her softness and her fierceness.
She allows herself to take up space,
To speak her truth,
And to live unapologetically.
She loves the way she grows,
The way she continuously evolves,
Learns,
And expands.
She sees challenges not as failures,
But as stepping stones.
She celebrates her progress,
Knowing that growth is a journey,
Not a destination.
She prioritizes herself,
Not in a selfish way,
But in a deeply honoring way.
She listens to her needs.
She rests when she is tired.
She moves her body when it craves movement.
She speaks kindly to herself.
She protects her energy.
She knows that by loving herself fully,
She has more to give to the world.
Now,
Imagine stepping forward,
Slowly merging with this version of yourself.
Feel her energy infuse into you.
Feel her confidence fill your body.
Her self-love wrap around you like a warm embrace.
You are not separate from her.
She is you,
And you are her.
Breathe her in.
Let her love flow through you.
Now,
Imagine her handing you a flower.
Maybe it's a rose,
Or a lily,
Or a wildflower from a meadow.
Whatever flower speaks to your soul,
She places it gently in your hands.
This flower is a symbol of love for yourself,
A reminder that you are worthy of care,
Of devotion.
Of love.
Looking at this flower,
Noticing its color,
Its shape,
Its fragrance.
See how this flower effortlessly blooms just by being.
It doesn't try to be anything other than what it is,
And yet it is perfect,
Just like you.
Now,
As you hold this flower,
The image begins to zoom out,
And you see yourself standing there,
Holding this beautiful symbol of self-love.
And in this moment,
You know you are already whole,
You are already enough.
Take a deep breath in,
Take a deep breath out,
And exhale gently.
Slowly bring awareness back into the space around you,
Wiggling your fingers,
Your toes,
And when you're ready,
Beginning to open your eyes.
I invite you to take this practice into your physical world,
Maybe going to buy yourself this very flower later today or this week.
Place this flower somewhere where you will see it every day,
And let it be a symbol of your highest self,
Of the love that you hold for yourself.
Because you can buy yourself flowers.
Taking one final deep breath in,
And out.
And whenever you're ready,
You can step back into your day carrying this self-love with you.
