Welcome to this 10-minute guided meditation for embodying worthiness.
You can find a comfortable position either seated or lying down and gently close your eyes.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in and a long,
Soft exhale out.
Let your body begin to soften,
Your shoulders relax,
And your mind arrive fully in this present moment.
Begin to notice your breath flowing naturally in and out.
With each inhale,
Feel your chest and your belly expand.
And with each exhale,
Allow any tension or heaviness to melt away.
There is nothing you need to change,
Nothing to fix.
Simply breathing and being.
Bring awareness down to where your body connects with the surface beneath you.
Imagine roots gently extending from your body down into the earth,
Steady and strong.
Feel the support beneath you,
Holding you,
Grounding you.
Remind yourself,
I am safe to rest here.
I am supported.
Now begin to silently or softly repeat these words after me,
Letting them land gently in your heart.
I am worthy,
Just as I am.
My value is not something I earn,
It already exists within me.
I release the need to prove myself.
I am enough.
If your mind drifts,
Simply return to your breath and repeat one phrase that resonates most with you.
Let it flow with your inhales and your exhales.

Picture a warm golden light glowing at the center of your chest.
With each breath,
This light expands,
Filling your whole body,
Reaching your fingertips,
Your toes,
And all the way up to the crown of your head.
This light is your inner worth,
Radiant and undeniable.
Let yourself rest in this glow,
Trusting its truth.
Begin to return to the feeling of your breath.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale fully.
Slowly,
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And when you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Carrying with you this sense of worthiness,
This reminder that you are enough.
