Lie down in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Imagine yourself in a silent and colourful meadow.
We will deck three deep breaths together.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth.
Let your body melt on the meadow.
Feel your body becoming weightless.
Feel your brain becoming weightless.
Feel your heart becoming weightless.
Feel your soul becoming present.
Let's go back to the breathing and feel its flow naturally going through your body.
Observe.
Imagine a small weightlessly suspended in front of the mouth.
Notice how your breathing interacts with it.
Imagine the lift coming and going smoothly.
Imagine the lift coming towards you and going away from you smoothly.
Let the wave on the ocean see how far your breathing ripple.
Like the sound waves,
Hear how far it goes.
You are one whole.
