Hello, this is Jacks, your Scottish-American Yin Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, and Self-Love Advocate. I guide slow, nourishing practices including Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Pilates, all with the intention of helping you feel safe in your body, supported in your nervous system, and deeply at ease.
