Cosa imparerai
This is a two-part course designed to answer a very simple question "Who Am I?" This is not a philosophical quest or a conceptual gymnastics but an experiential way of exploring that which we call ourselves as "I". Our human experience has sense perceptions, bodily sensations, thoughts, feelings and that which we call "I". In this course, we layer-by-layer peel off that which is not-I until we reach "I". In the process, we experience deep rest and immense calm but those are just the side-effects. The real fruit of this exploration is to get to know ourself. Join us on this enlightening journey.

Lezione 1
The Quest For True Identity: "I" Am
In this insightful meditation, we explore the fundamental human pursuit for peace and happiness, unraveling the connection between these aspirations and the search for truth. We dive into the misconception of truth as a personal and variable concept, while emphasizing a universal truth that transcends individual perspectives. At the core of our being lies an unchanging element—the "I" that remains constant amidst the ever-changing experiences of perceptions, thoughts, feelings, and sensations. Through a contemplative journey, the listeners are invited to recognize this unchanging "I" and understand its role in navigating life's challenges. The Teacher challenges the misplaced identity and highlights the profound shift that occurs when individuals realize their true nature, fostering resilience and enduring happiness.
Lezione 2
Our Transparent Self
In this profound meditation, we build on to our recognition from the previous lesson, and directly shift our awareness from external stimuli and internal thoughts and feelings to a direct recognition of the simple fact of being aware. Instead of being distracted by external goals and internal narratives, we become aware of our own presence. In this exploration we see the transparent nature of our thoughts and feelings, and we get an insight into a deeper understanding of ourself. The analogy of sinking into the ocean of oneself reinforces the idea that the true "I" is vast and unaffected by the transient waves of thoughts and emotions. This meditative journey emphasizes the experiential reality of being aware, leading to a profound realization of the expansive nature of the self.
