Today we explore the practice of beginner’s mind, the Zen approach of seeing the world as if for the first time. By letting go of preconceptions, assumptions, and the urge to control, we open ourselves to curiosity, wonder, and fresh perspectives. This practice helps us notice what is truly present in each moment, rather than filtering life through old habits or expectations. Throughout today’s session, you’ll be guided to reconnect with this sense of openness, allowing each experience—big or small—to feel new, alive, and full of possibility.

In today’s session, we explore the Zen practices of simplicity and letting go—learning how releasing unnecessary clutter, both mental and physical, can create space for clarity and peace.
