Lezione 1
Little Life, Big Life
One reason that our day-to-day life can feel small is because we have lost our perspective. We're seeing things from the view of "little life" instead of "Big Life." What might happen if our perspective changed, and we were able to consciously live in, and from, "Big Life" more of the time?
Lezione 2
Do Situations Create Our Feelings?
Almost everyone grows up thinking that situations/circumstances are what create our feelings. What if that's not true? What would it mean if situations or circumstances have zero effect on how we feel?
Lezione 3
Do Other People Cause Us To Feel A Certain Way?
We're often asked the question, "How did that make you feel?" -- particularly if someone in our lives does something that might be considered negative. What if a person can't make us feel anything at all? What if there's a completely different source for our emotional state?
Lezione 4
Feelings Cannot Be Measured
Most of us have been told that certain feelings are negative and unwanted, especially if they go on for "too long." But what if feelings cannot be measured? Life can changed dramatically when we appreciate the power of all emotions.
Lezione 5
A Thoughtful Pause
Let's take a moment to pause and reflect on what we've been discovering so far. This lesson has a very poignant example of "little life" vs. "Big Life."
Lezione 6
Abundance Is Always Ours
Many of us believe we need to "attract" abundance (I used to believe that, too). But we don't need to attract something that we already are. We also don't need to listen to any thought that says we are not made of abundance.
Lezione 7
We Cannot Be Broken
Most of us have grown up in a culture that continually tells us we have problems and flaws that need to be fixed. What if it isn't true? What if nothing about us can ever be broken?
Lezione 8
Where The Power Is
It's common to say that we are overwhelmed by powerful feelings. But are feelings the real power in the equation? Or are feelings a way for us to experience the power that is moving through us all the time?
Lezione 9
What We Cannot Control
Although we are often told that we can control or change our thoughts and feelings, it isn't true. But that doesn't mean that we are beholden to whatever thoughts/feelings run through us all day long.
Lezione 10
Pause To Reflect
It can often seem like we are supposed to be moving in a certain direction. But "directionless" doesn't have to have a negative connotation, especially within this particular conversation. It can, instead, be freeing.
Lezione 11
Creativity Is How We're Designed
We're often told that we're either creative or not, or that we can only be creative in certain areas of life. What if creativity is actually innate, available and at work in every aspect of our lives?
Lezione 12
We Are Never Without Clarity
It's common for us to feel confused, as if we don't know what step to take next. But what if underneath the confusion runs a river of clarity that is available to us all the time -- and confusion is an illusion?
Lezione 13
What We Do Doesn't Matter (In The Best Way Possible)
Most of us are taught that what we do in life is very, very important. A lot of emphasis is placed on making the right decisions and avoiding bad consequences. Could it be possible that the actions we take have less meaning than we think they do?
Lezione 14
We Are Always In Alignment
There is a lot of discussion around being in or out of alignment, and many of us work very hard to achieve the goal of alignment in our lives. What if we don't have to strive for alignment because it's our natural state?
Lezione 15
A Pause To Rest
We have covered a lot of ground so far, so let's take a moment to rest and reflect on what we've learned. There is so much we can experience in life once we open our heart and mind to it all.
Lezione 16
Trust Is Unnecessary
We often place a lot of importance on trust: trusting ourselves, trusting our intuition, and so on. What if trust is unnecessary -- because everything we are "trusting" is available to us all the time, in unlimited amounts?
Lezione 17
Evidence And Momentum
If we are looking for evidence of our true selves in things like results, we are looking in the wrong place. The "goal" of self-discovery is not to have more money or better relationships, for example. The goal is simply self-discovery.
Lezione 18
What About The Physical World?
In this discussion about who and what we really are, we cannot forget that we do live in a physical world. We can begin to appreciate -- and be dazzled by -- the physical world even more from this new perspective.
Lezione 19
Our Dreams Are Here For A Reason
Every human being has dreams. We don't need to try to hide them or quash them, because they are meant to be there. Dreams are part of the way we're designed.
Lezione 20
It's Time To Take The Leap
At this point in our journey, it's finally time to take the leap into a more expansive view of who and what we are -- and of life, itself. Taking the leap doesn't mean forming new beliefs; it means surrendering, gently, to what is and to what is possible.
Lezione 21
What's Next?
After taking the leap, what's next? Well, the journey of self-discovery goes on forever. That's not bad news; rather, it's exciting news. It means that there is no end to what we can learn, see and know about the power we're made of.
