Exploring The Stomach System According To TCM
Traditional Chinese Medicine calls the stomach meridian system " the sea of nourisment", not just for the body but for the mind as well. Let's now understand the deeper aspects of this holistic current according to TCM which has it's roots in the Tao.
Lezione 2
Healing & Balancing The Stomach Meridian
Clearing the power points on the stomach meridian. The first one is great for fatigue and digestive issues. The next moves stuck emotions such as worry and bitterness from a blocked to an unblocked state. The third is helpful for grounding, moving out of the head and into a mind-body connection.
Lezione 3
Meditating For Stomach & Digestion Health
Please prepare a comfortable area where you can relax deeply. Have a journal on hand if you wish to make notes afterwards. A glass of water nearby will be beneficial. Allow for a few minutes after for integration.
