Lezione 1
Meeting The Mantra – Meaning & Listening
In this first session, we gently orient ourselves to the twelfth sun mantra Aum Hraḥ Bhāskarāya Namaḥ.
We explore its meaning and inner direction, and then listen to the mantra in slow, steady repetition (without the seed sound Hraḥ) in a simple Vedic melody.
The focus is not on performance, but on allowing the sound to begin unfolding within awareness.
Lezione 2
Embodied Sound – Clarity Through Pronunciation
In this session, we explore how the mantra is shaped in the body.
Through attentive work with Aum, Bhāskarāya, and Namaḥ, we refine pronunciation and sense how sound, tongue placement, and breath influence clarity and focus.
Rather than striving for perfection, we observe how precise articulation naturally gathers attention.
We conclude with guided chanting of the mantra (without Hraḥ), allowing clarity and steadiness to arise through repetition.
Lezione 3
Rhythm & Flow – Letting the Mantra Move
In this session, we shift from shaping sound to allowing flow.
Through humming, gentle arrival, and steady rhythmic repetition, the mantra begins to feel more continuous and self-sustaining.
Less correction.
Less analysis.
More direct experience.
As rhythm stabilises, attention gathers naturally — and the mantra starts to carry itself.
Lezione 4
Introducing Hraḥ – Solar Focus & Integration
In this final session, we introduce the solar seed sound Hraḥ.
This luminous and activating syllable adds intensity and focused clarity to the mantra.
We explore its pronunciation in detail — noticing how breath, tongue placement, and resonance shape its energetic quality.
Then we chant the full mantra in steady repetition, allowing brightness, focus, and integration to unfold naturally.
