Lezione 1
Sound Yoga: Benefits, Mouth Positions, Intention
Through the practice of sonic yoga we can reclaim our energy, focus it and employ it as a tool for our own transformation. We set the foundations for our practice with a tour of the mouth, becoming familiar with two key positions in the palette that will help us to open different energy flows as we produce some simple vocal sounds. We also consider our intention and invite the cultivation of greater listening awareness and a stilling of the inner critic.

Lezione 2
Vibrating The Centre Line: NAA. Open Through the Vertical Plane
We open with the sound NAA, inviting the tip of the tongue to touch a point in the roof of the mouth, activating energy pathways. Through the use of our intention we direct the sound waves from the head towards the navel to help vibrate the central channel of our being.
Lezione 3
Smile And Expand: HREE. Open Through The Horizontal Plane
With this sound we activate the meridians through the face with a big over exaggerated smile from ear to ear as we produce the sound. We can hold the intention to let our energy open outwards through the ears. You could think of it like giving yourself a sonic facial!
Lezione 4
A Point Of Focus: HNUU. Directing Your Healing Sound
With this sound we engage the tip of the tongue to activate one of the key mouth positions full of nerve endings. We stimulate inner energy pathways as we direct the sound to a focal point in the forehead, vibrating one of the body's main energy centres.
Lezione 5
Circle Of Sound: OOOMMM. Into Infinity
This sound is half vowel and half consonant. We imagine that we are drawing an even circle with the sound, taking us into the infinite unending circle of vibration. Let the resonance of the 'mmm' help to activate the body's capacity for producing the feel good factor, nasal nitric oxide. Lezione 6
Back Of The Head: ANN. Vibrate The Subtle Channels
The technique of producing this sound with tongue placement and teeth slightly apart helps to direct our inner vibrations towards the back of the head. You might feel the buzz happening. Imagine the sonic massage helping to clear any heavy energy and static from the subtle pathways and even the plates in the skull.
Lezione 7
A Point Of Love: GHEE. Vibrating From The Centre Of Your Heart
For the final sound in this series of practices we take our awareness to the heart centre and intend that this sound is rippling outwards in a 360 degree wave from that point. Should you wish, you can also hold the intention that this is helping to gently clear any energetic debris from the heart centre that is ready to release.
