You’ll explore how your nervous system, beliefs, and emotional landscape have shifted throughout this 7-day journey, and anchor rest as something you embody rather than something you earn.
This session gently affirms rest as a natural, biological right and guides you into becoming a woman who rests without guilt, justification, or apology.
