Lezione 1
The Journey
In this first session, you’re invited to pause and gently turn inward—acknowledging what brought you here. Whether it’s a sense of overload, stillness, or something you can’t quite name, this space welcomes it all. There’s nothing to fix—just a soft landing.
You’ll also get a sense of the journey ahead. Each session offers something simple yet deep—from softening the eyes to connecting with the earth, and resting into your own quiet support. It’s a spacious unfolding, and it begins with meeting yourself, just as you are. See you inside the first session.
Lezione 2
Session One: Leaning Back
In this opening session, we move into the practice and begin to explore what it means to soften—physically, mentally, and energetically. You’ll be guided to lean back into the back of the head and eyes, helping shift awareness out of the thinking mind and into a deeper place of ease.
We’ll notice how the body can sometimes contract again after softening—and rather than trying to change it, we simply observe with compassion, and gently return to spaciousness.
The session closes by slowly reawakening the senses, allowing you to carry that soft awareness into the rest of your day.

Session Two - Deeper Anchoring
We return to the experience and practice of softening, resting more deeply in the breath, and noticing any tension that arises. You’ll be guided once again to lean into the backs of the eyes and head—places that help us shift out of being on alert, and into calm presence.
When there’s a lot of inner movement or mental chatter, we explore ways to support ourselves—through colour in the mind’s eye, a word, or a sound to help anchor us gently.
We introduce the word shanti—peace—as a soft exhale through the body, echoing calm and reminding us to reset from within.

Session Three – Holding Ourselves More Deeply
This session invites you to explore the power of a simple, supportive phrase—giving yourself full permission to rest.
As the breath slows, you’ll be gently guided into the felt sense of peace—moving from the thinking mind into the body. You’ll meet any striving or effort with softness and reassurance, and be reminded that how you are is already enough.
We explore tenderness—what it feels like in the body, what it looks or sounds like, and how to connect with it personally. We call on the grounding energy of Mother Earth through the breath and through the roots, allowing an energetic release and a feeling of being held.
The session closes with the gentle resonance of an alchemy crystal singing bowls to energetically seal the offering.

Session Four: Going Soul-O
In this final session, you’re invited into a spacious 15-minute soundscape—held by the forest, birdsong, and flowing water. This is your space to rest, to gather yourself, and to integrate the wisdom you’ve received throughout the course. It’s a gentle invitation to hold space for yourself by softening, leaning back, and giving yourself permission to rest. Let a word or phrase guide you—something that helps you feel grounded and oriented.
Think of it like the stabilisers coming off the bike. You're not expected to ride perfectly, but to begin trusting your own balance. You might wobble or fall—and that’s okay. This isn’t a test. What matters most is how gently you return to ease. It’s not about how many times you fall, but how kindly you return to yourself each time.
As you rest in this space, notice how the sounds of birds and water offer more than just background ambiance. These natural tones speak directly to the ancient parts of your nervous system, signalling safety and inviting regulation. Neuroscience now confirms what our bodies have always known—that nature’s rhythms, especially the sounds of birds and flowing water, help restore balance, presence, and calm.
I wish you well on your journey. You’ll also find a bonus track in Session 6—a space to return to whenever you need to reconnect and deepen your capacity to hold yourself with compassion.

Bonus Sesssion: A Gentle Return
This bonus track is a gentle space that you can return to whenever you feel the need for support to be able to hold yourself more deeply. It’s not part of the core journey, but a quiet companion—available anytime you want to reset.
We begin by inviting softness into the body, noticing subtle shifts and allowing space to meet any tension with kindness. Awareness here is quiet and open—observing without effort or control.
We revisit the tools you’ve explored—words of comfort, light, or whatever helps you feel supported in the moment. And we close by offering the intention of reset into the whole body—the bones, the blood, the breath. A quiet return home to yourself. With gratitude and love Kamala
