Cosa imparerai
Qi Gong healing colors represent an ancient technique designed to prompt the body to activate its innate self-healing capabilities. The foundation of your physical and emotional well-being lies in well-functioning organ systems. When these organs are in optimal health, the life-force energy, known as qi, flows seamlessly through meridians – the body's energy pathways. Unfortunately, everyday lifestyle choices can compromise organ health, creating obstacles in these pathways and paving the way for illness and discomfort. In this course, you'll delve into the transformative realm of healing colors visualization Qi Gong tonification exercises. These exercises are crafted to rejuvenate the flow of qi, fortifying and stabilizing internal organs and systems. Gain insights into organ functionality and meridian channels, accompanied by immersive guided color therapy visualizations tailored to tonify each organ, facilitating a return to your body's natural state of health. This course smoothly builds upon the knowledge acquired in the Qi Gong Healing Sounds course, exploring the intricacies of Five Elements and principles of Chinese medicine in greater detail. However, it is structured to function autonomously, serving as a thorough guide to improving your well-being. Nevertheless, undertaking the Qi Gong Healing Sounds Course beforehand will provide a foundational understanding of the concepts, enhancing your overall comprehension.

Lezione 1
Medical Qigong And Light Energy
All cells in living organisms release light particles known as "biophotons." These biophoton emissions emanate from both internal organs and the outer tissues of the body, contributing to the formation of the body's auric field. The interaction between light and the body's tissues, as well as the internal organs, yields significant healing effects, particularly when facilitated by the application of qigong healing colors. The activation of muscles or nerves through medical qigong light therapy further amplifies the intensity of biophoton emissions. In today's session, you will explore how healing colors serve as a user-friendly tool to counteract the adverse impacts of contemporary living.
Lezione 2
The Essence Of Health: Exploring The Five Elements And Related Organ Systems
The ancient Taoists, by observing and contemplating how the universe functions, developed a theory to explain the balance of supportive and controlling units making up the universe. They developed the Five Element theory to describe the characteristics of these dynamic units. In this theory, the life force, and all its expressions, come into and go out of existence through the interplay of the five elements. It serves as the foundation of physical, psychological, and emotional healing from a Chinese medical perspective. This lesson explores the Five Elements and how they relate to your body. You will also discover how healing colors connect with the Five Element theory.
Lezione 3
Lung System: The Metal Element
Within the lungs, the qi of heaven (air) merges with the qi of earth (nutrition), giving rise to the vitalizing qi essential for human life. Analogous to a minister overseeing state affairs and defining territorial boundaries, the lung governs the connection between the internal and external, establishing limits and safeguarding boundaries. With precision and expertise, the lung's rhythmic expansion and contraction gather, blend, and propel qi, instilling a sense of order and rhythm. NOTE: The meditation begins at 6:48 minutes into the lesson.
Lezione 4
Kidney System: The Water Element
Your Kidneys, Adrenals, and Urinary Bladder are the organs in the Kidney System. You can see why they connect to the Water Element. The kidney system consolidates and stores the qi that initiates and keeps life growing. Like a minister of the interior who conserves natural resources, stockpiling essential raw materials for use in times of growth, crisis, or transition, the kidney preserves what is essential to the essence of human life. As the well of vitality and endurance, the kidney is the germ of intellect, and creativity, and houses your instinct to procreate and survive. NOTE: The meditation begins at 7:35 minutes into the lesson.
Lezione 5
Liver System: The Wood Element
The Liver System includes the Liver and Gallbladder. The job of the liver system is to monitor flow, maintaining the evenness of emotions and clarity of judgment, giving grace and flexibility to the physical and mental body. When the liver is healthy, judgment and decision-making are sound, vision is clear, and action is resolute. Strengthening the liver develops drive and adaptability, enhancing your capacity to cope with the vicissitudes of life. NOTE: The meditation begins at 6:06 minutes into the lesson.
Lezione 6
Heart System: The Fire Element
The Fire Element is linked to the Heart and Small Intestine. The heart embodies the pure essence of fire, radiating warmth and light. This warmth corresponds to efficient circulation, while the light symbolizes consciousness. Under stress, the warmth can either dissipate or transform into flames, and the light may lose its clarity. A well-functioning heart system results in a serene mind, strong memory, clear senses, restful sleep, and a healthy complexion. The nature of the heart is to be approachable, responsive, and tranquil, akin to a monarch ruling through the spread of joy, maintenance of peace, and establishment of communication, rather than through force. NOTE: The image of the vibrant ruby-red color is prohibited in cases of Excess Heart Fire (e.g., when your mouth is dry, the tip of your tongue is bright red, you have palpitations, and/or you have mouth sores). NOTE: The meditation begins at 8:15 minutes into the lesson.
Lezione 7
Spleen System: The Earth Element
The Spleen System comprises the Spleen, Stomach, and Pancreas. Similar to a minister of agriculture overseeing the production and distribution of farm resources, the spleen plays a crucial role in supplying the nourishment that sustains both the body and spirit. Consequently, it aids the liver and heart in maintaining the integrity of blood vessels, nourishing the blood, and ensuring its proper viscosity for smooth flow. This contributes to the stability of the mind and emotions. Additionally, the spleen assists the lung and kidney by generating essence and distributing sufficient moisture and lubrication for the skin and mucous membranes. NOTE: The meditation starts at 8:00 minutes into the lesson.
Lezione 8
Gathering Qi From The Six Directions Meditation
In this lesson, you will gather qi from the six directions in a calming meditation. The main purpose of this meditation is twofold: firstly, to cleanse the body of pathogenic factors, and secondly, to cultivate and absorb environmental Qi. Energy from each direction (North, South, East, West, Heaven, and Earth) possesses distinct power and vibration and is associated with a specific color. Each vibration and color works to stimulate the energy field of one of the five major Yin organs through the body's connection with Heaven and Earth, represented by the Taiji Pole. NOTE: The meditation begins at 2:30 minutes into the lesson.
Lezione 9
Heavenly Five Yin Organ Meditation
In this lesson, you'll experience a cherished meditation from China known as the Heavenly Five Yin Organ Meditation. Expanding upon previous color visualizations, you'll now incorporate the energy from five planets and constellations into your body. This exercise is best performed while standing. When doing the meditation on your own, you can take 36 breaths in each direction. NOTE: The meditation begins at 0:50 seconds into the lesson.
Lezione 10
First Five Planets Introduction And Meditation
The formation of internal Yin organ energy in the body during fetal development is shaped by five planets—Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Venus, and Mercury. These planets exert a lasting impact on your development and overall health throughout life. Their significance is underscored in various Qigong meditations, emphasizing their association with color resonations specific to each internal Yin organ. In today's session, you'll delve deeper into the planets and experience the Gathering Energy from the Planets meditation. NOTE: The meditation begins at 4:58 minutes into the lesson.
