In this course, you’ll learn two simple and effective mindfulness practices to help you live more fully in each moment. These practices are unique, and may be different from others you have learned previously. By training your mind to stay grounded and aware of the present, you can tap into a state of inner peace and contentment. Each lesson includes some guidance and practice, so you can try the techniques out immediately, and then know how to bring them into our daily life.
Alice Langholt is a parent, author and Reiki Master Teacher, and a Certified Practitioner of EFT and Introspective Hypnosis. She is the Executive Director of Reiki Awakening Academy.
Alice has a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Parapsychology, and Master’s degrees in Jewish Studies and Metaphysical Science. She has written 23 books on holistic subjects.

The Space Between Thoughts
In this lesson, we'll practice noticing the natural pauses between thoughts in your mind. At first, these quiet spaces may only last a fraction of a second. But with consistent practice, you can stretch these interludes and inhabit them more fully. This lesson includes instruction and some guided practice time.

Observing Yourself Living
In this lesson, we'll practice inserting mindfulness into everyday activities by taking the role of an observer. Rather than narrating and analyzing as you do things, you'll simply notice yourself in action with open curiosity. This lesson includes instruction and a guided practice session.
