This course will support you in understanding the stages of grief and it will help you identify where you are in your process. You will receive a guided meditation, as well as a breathing practice, that will gently guide you through processing your emotions. Grief can arise as a consequence of loss, a transition you are going through or disappointment that you experienced. Honor your grief, for it will open you to deeper love. 5 Stages of Grief
This lesson will give you an overview of the five stages of grief that will help you to recognize where you might be on the journey. Remember that this process is not linear and you might not move through all five stages.
Lezione 2
How to Ease the Pain of Loss
In this lesson you'll learn how to lean into self-compassion to ease the pain of loss. Often times our mental process can add layers of judgment or the thought of what you "should" be feeling can prevent you from accepting your authentic process. Release the surface layers and cultivate compassion for yourself as you are moving through this revelatory phase of your life.

Processing Grief In An Embodied Way
Grief can't be processed through the mind and it needs to move through the heart and body, so it can be fully felt and expressed. Become curious about the ways you might be avoiding grief and not allowing it to pass through you in an embodied way.
Lezione 4
Cultivating Resilience
In this lesson you'll learn how to build resilience by identifying inner and outer resources you can lean into to move through this phase of your life. Remember you don't have to do this alone.
Lezione 5
Grief Meditation
This guided meditation will help you to move towards your grief, rather than away from it. Also, remember to be gentle with yourself. There is no need to force yourself to listen to this meditation. Choose a time that feels right. Choose a quiet place where you won't be disturbed and settle in. Light a candle if you can and invite support in.
Lezione 6
Breathwork to Feel Through Grief
This guided pranayama breathwork session will support you in feeling through layers of grief, so you can allow the waves of emotions to move through your heart and body. Remember that at some point of this process, you'll naturally land in a place of acceptance and peace. Trust your process, in the meantime.

This has been an amazing course. It was very helpful for me to hear about the different stages of grieving and especially the denial stage. I found the breathwork so helpful, after doing it I felt so much lighter and want to do it regularly now to help me process any hard emotions. Thank you. Uyy
