Lezione 1
DMeeting Your Overthinking Mind With Kindness
On Day 1, you’ll gently meet your overthinking mind without judgment and create a safe space on the page. Through simple prompts, you’ll explore what your mind is busy with, what feelings sit underneath your thoughts, and what your mind is really trying to say. By the end, you’ll have a kinder inner tone and a journal that feels like a soft place to land, so your thoughts feel less like a storm and more like something you can see, soothe, and understand.
Lezione 2
Gently Untangling Worry Spirals
In Day 2, you’ll focus on one specific “what if” that keeps looping in your mind and gently explore it on the page. You’ll learn how to name the worry clearly, understand what it’s trying to protect you from, and rewrite it into a kinder, more balanced story. With simple prompts, you’ll also choose one small supportive action for today, so your nervous system feels a bit safer, and your worry spiral feels less overwhelming and more manageable.
Lezione 3
Your 10-Minute Daily Reset Ritual
On Day 3, you’ll bring everything together and create a simple 10-minute journaling ritual you can return to whenever your mind feels busy. You’ll choose a realistic time of day to write and set up three gentle daily prompts to guide you: noticing what your mind is busy with, listening for what you need, and ending with one honest moment of gratitude. By the end, you’ll have a clear, repeatable practice to support your overthinking mind with more steadiness and care.

Day three was practical and easy to implement, I was taking a lot of notes. I thought we would do more journaling practicing entries but I can use the ideas and wisdom into my current journal practice and also helped me with my stream of consciousness writing to compartmentalization each one and what I need in moment and finish with gratitude....
