Lezione 1
Welcome, Recap, Perspective and Music Exercise
We will start with a short check-in practice, followed by a recap of course 1. We will then explore a bit the topic of perspective and further explore this through an exercise that involves us listening to music.
Lezione 2
Doing vs. Being
We will be exploring here in a more lecture mode what are the two modes, what is the difference between the two modes and in which practical situations can the modes be beneficial for us. Doing refers to the active pursuit of tasks, goals, and activities, often driven by a need to achieve or solve problems. It's characterized by a focus on productivity and outcomes. Being, on the other hand, emphasizes a state of presence and acceptance, where the focus is on experiencing the moment without the pressure to accomplish anything. It's about mindfulness and simply existing, allowing for a deeper connection with oneself and the present moment.
Lezione 3
The Three-Step Breathing Space & Conclusions
We are going to be exploring a practice to support us in stopping, recognizing how we are in any given moment by widening our perspective and then dropping into a more experiencing mode before widening back out. We will wrap up the course after and suggestion some home practice and friendly reminders.

I have been practicing mindfulness for some time. Nevertheless, I enjoy being reminded and sometimes experiencing new approaches. The course is very well structured, the instructions are very clear and I really like listening to your voice. Thank you so much. I look forward to the next coursešŸ™
