Throughout this course we will develop consistency on our meditation practice sustained on its four pillars: Posture, Gesture, Focus, Intention. We will do it lightly and objectively, deconstructing meditation as something easy or difficult, and mainly making evident its simplicity as a practice that anyone, under any circumstance, can introduce and explore in their life, highlighting the perspective "I Am Enough". In each episode we will have a light meditation practice to flesh out the content of each of the pillars, making the meditation progressively more solid and supported as we progress through the classes. At the end of the course, students are expected to have acquired a more simplified perspective of meditation and be more available to practice meditation by themselves. Posture
We will explore the different meditative body postures to be embraced during the personal meditation practice, promoting simultaneously stability and flexibility, cultivating both verticality and horizontality with life itself. Gesture

Lezione 4
Focus
We will explore the several meditative anchors to be predetermined and used during the personal meditation practice, embracing both endogenous and exogenous focuses. Enjoy and please write a word on the comments sharing the echo of this class in you, thank you very much!

Intention
We will explore the importance of bringing an intention to the personal meditation practice from the perspective of meditation, therefore something that goes beyond a mentally defined quantifiable objective.
