The Buddha's immeasurable aspects of the heart are Loving Kindness, Compassion, Joy, and Forgiveness. The Divine Abodes is the quality of character for an awakening heartmind: the taproot of our basic goodness, our forgiving nature, and our inherent freedom.

Part IV: Balancing Yin & Yang Centers
This meditation will help bring balance to the Yin & Yang Centers. The heart, being our center for Yang: expansive, loving, giving. The Hara (belly) being the site of Yin: still, spacious, effortless.
