Lezione 1
Meeting Your Inner Critic
In this lesson, we begin by gently acknowledging the presence of your inner critic: that voice that speaks in judgment, fear, or pressure. Rather than pushing it away, we’ll start by getting to know it.
Lezione 2
Tracing The Origins Of The Voice
Understanding where your inner critic comes from can loosen its grip. In this module, we begin to trace the voice back to its origins. We’ll also explore the psychological idea of “introjects,” which are internalised messages from authority figures that we adopt as our own.
Lezione 3
Creating Inner Safety In The Body
Our nervous system plays a big role in how we experience our inner world. Chronic self-criticism is often linked to hypervigilance and stored stress. We’ll explore the basics of polyvagal theory and how to regulate our system through breath, grounding, and sensory awareness.
Lezione 4
Speaking To Yourself Like Someone You Love
Self-compassion isn’t letting yourself off the hook. It’s about being kind to yourself in your humanness. We’ll explore Dr. Kristin Neff’s components of self-compassion and how it differs from self-esteem.
Lezione 5
Daily Practices To Anchor Compassion
Micro-practices, somatic cues, and intentional rituals help rewire our patterns. When we practice kindness daily, it becomes a familiar path. In this module, we explore how habits shape identity and help to anchor them into your day-to-day life.
Lezione 6
Reparenting Meditation & Closing Integration
Reparenting is about giving yourself the love, care, and attunement you may not have received growing up. It’s a practice of showing up for yourself with consistency and warmth. In this final module, we end this journey with deep integration. This final lesson invites you to meet your inner child with love, and your adult self with trust.
