This course is for you if have one or more people in your life that you feel you would like to forgive and to feel better towards them but you find it challenging. It feels like what affects you from this interaction keeps coming between you, or you might be waiting from them to take accountability of their behaviours and ask for your forgiveness before you give it to them and so you hold onto your hurt. You might also have felt like forgiveness feels forced as you sense you still feel activated around them. This can also be a person who you don’t necessarily want to have into your life, but you still feel affected by their previous actions towards you and find it difficult to experience inner peace. I am Stefi - a personal development coach and in this short course we will explore a way to work with such situations without depending on what that person will or will not do. There will be an experiential practice to assist you in processing the pattern that plays within you about what happened, so that you can feel more inner peace and feel empowered over your experience by supporting these parts in you that are affected by the interaction. After we go through this process, forgiveness is something that we usually don’t need to even try for, it is often a by-product that comes up naturally as a consequence but without us caring about it as much as before as we have learned what we needed to learn from this interaction and have reconnected with the power within ourselves.

Healing From Within Rather Than Waiting For Others To Change
In this lesson, we will explore how our beliefs about forgiveness can impact our healing process. Often, we think that someone who has hurt us must acknowledge their actions, apologize, and change their behavior before we can forgive them. We might also believe that not forgiving protects us from future hurt, as forgiveness might mean letting our guard down. However, holding onto hurt consumes our energy and prolongs our pain, as we cannot control others' actions. By recognizing that our protective mechanisms, while valid, can evolve, we can learn to support and heal our hurt parts ourselves and then forgiveness is something that often comes naturally without us trying for it.
Lezione 2
Tending To Our Inner Parts
In this lesson I will guide you through an inner inquiry that aims to support the parts in your system that are active in relation to other people who you find difficult to forgive, so that these patterns can be processed and released. When we use the situations that we are being activated with other people as reflections of what is taking place within ourselves, we can then more easily get there, tend to and be there for these parts in ourselves and create inner shifts. This practice is best done when you know you have some uninterrupted time to yourself so you can best listen to the messages that will come through your system and go inwards.

This was great! I tend to forgive others and myself with practice and awareness. I work with individuals and couples and this exercise on forgiveness ( wonder if there's another secular word to use for people who are not spirituallly inclined) gave me helpful questions to ask. I also wonder about multi layers of forgiveness as a topic you may cover. Thank you!
