Understanding Your Auto-pilot
In this session, you'll gain insight into your mind and its automatic responses to life's circumstances. You'll learn how to mindfully watch your thoughts, without judging them. This is a practice, so be patient and gentle with yourself.
Lezione 2
Journaling for Understanding
Even if you've never kept a journal before, I invite you to be open to the idea for this session. I'll offer you a mindfulness practice, followed by some specific prompts. I'll leave you a bit of time to either write or reflect on your responses, and I'll offer suggestions for brief journaling practices for the next couple of days.
Lezione 3
Gratitude is the Attitude
I know, gratitude might seem cliché but it works! In this session I'll explain why gratitude practices help to rewire our brains to see another perspective. We will practice a gratitude meditation and I'll give you homework to practice for the next 30 days - that's right - beyond the length of this course. You won't regret it.
Lezione 4
Authentically Complimenting Yourself and Others
In this session, we will continue with the practice of shifting our mindset to more positive. We will meditate on a positive quality about ourselves, and then use this as a practice out in our interactions with others.
Lezione 5
Putting Positivity to Practice
Changing your mindset takes time, effort, and practice. We will summarize what you've learned so far, and I'll emphasize what you can practice to continue a path of growth. Holding space for all your experiences, good and bad, is essential for a full life!
