Sleep as Meditation
In this session we learn to see sleep as a natural opportunity for meditation and spiritual practice. We contemplate ‘What is sleep?’ and explore re-framing and disrupting typical ideas that can limit your ability to sleep better.
Lezione 2
Sacred Tiredness & Rest
In this session we learn about the essential role of rest as a bridge to sleep, and how infusing more restful awareness during your day can help you be a better sleeper at night. Sleep begets sleep. Learn to allow and harness tiredness as a wise teacher, as well as a portal into healing, imagination and creativity.

Dark Chocolate for the Soul
In this session we take a look at ‘sleep debt’ and its relationship to the ‘always-on’ demands of artificial light at night. We learn to activate our natural nighttime physiology, the inner nocturnal pharmacy —and re-claim darkness as the best sleep nourishment.

Befriending Night
If light at night is the #1 biological factor impeding sleep, it warrants some emphasis. In this session we continue to challenge our willingness to practice being at home in the dark. How can we use deeper discernment around the consumption of this kind of energy at night and learn to trust inner technologies? We also discuss the possibility of freeing ourselves from complex nightly routines and exploring natural body chords for the song of sleep.

Embracing Sleep Thinking
Once we are in bed, ‘thinking’ is often declared to be the biggest impediment to sleep. Yet we are intelligent systems, designed to ‘think’ on many levels and this intelligence can actually become more active in states of rest, sleep and dreams. In this session, learn three different perspectives that can invite thinking to help rather than hinder your ability to become a better sleeper.

Surrendering Effort
Whatever our pre-sleep pathways, there comes a point where becoming a better sleeper is about letting go of effort. In this session, explore what it might look like to embody more ease with falling asleep and meeting nighttime awakenings.

Morning Fog
In this session, learn to embrace the ‘sacred fog n’ grogg’ that is awakening. Enjoy the liminal zone as a re-made you is emerging. Learn how the start of your day impacts your ability to sleep better and the critical importance of natural morning light baths.
Lezione 8
Nap Zones
Whether we are experiencing ‘good’ sleep or not, naps beckon ‘come one and all!’ and are truly a special school unto themselves when it comes to learning how to sleep better. In this session, be charmed and delighted by the magic of napping. Celebrate the utter okay-ness of indulging a nap. Soak up some inspiration and encouragement for quenching sleepiness outside the bounds.

Dream Nourishment
We need to dream. In this session, be enchanted by the practical magic of dreams and dreaming to become a better sleeper. Notice how dream consciousness is not limited only to sleep at night. Learn about the epidemic of dream deprivation and how to nourish and value your dreamtime genius. Invite your inner dreamkeeper to communicate with you more.

Review/Summary: Forgiving Sleeplessness
In this session, we review what we have learned and look at how forgiving sleeplessness can become a kind of alchemy for soothing sleep medicine. In the end, becoming a better sleeper is more about subtracting than adding things. Complete this journey by nourishing the self-trust that offers you freedom. Enjoy a blessing for endings and beginnings as you integrate this journey.
