In this 10-day course, we will work gradually on reconnecting with our breath and you will get to know the nine different pranayama techniques. Breath is deeply connected to our emotions, state of mind, and physical bodies. When our breathing is balanced it can positively influence all different aspects of our well-being.  Join me as we explore balancing, energizing, and cooling breathing techniques and understand when and how to practice them. Some of them help to boost metabolism and release toxins, others to release anxiety, stress and to direct your awareness inwards. At the end of this course, you will be equipped with all the necessary tools, so you can step surely and safely into your pranayama self-practice.
Ewelina is a traveling Yoga and Meditation teacher, self-development coach and holistic healing practitioner. The Importance Of The Breath
In this first session, I will talk about the importance of the breath and about its connection with our well-being. You will also understand a simple breathing mechanism and learn about diaphragmatic breathing. Notice how you can let go of anxiety and release tension by simply breathing into your belly. Using Your Full Lung Capacity
Let's continue developing breath awareness. We will practice a simple technique which is a great tool to help you to reconnect with your deep diaphragmatic breathing. Today’s practice: Full Yogic Breath

Deepening Your Breath Using Ujjayi Pranayama
Today’s breathing technique is deeply balancing and soothing for the nervous system. Try to use Ujjayi breath as a tool to lengthen your breath, get grounded in the present moment, and bring your mind deeper into the meditative state. Today’s practice: Ujjayi Breath

Kapalbhati
Let’s talk about the three different groups of Pranayama techniques. So far, you got to know a couple of balancing techniques. Now, let’s get energized! Today’s practice: Full Yogic Breath & Kapalbhati

Bhastrika - Breath Of Fire
In this session, you will learn about another energizing technique that helps boost metabolism and support detoxification. We will also explore Antar Kumbhaka - internal breath retention. Today’s practice: Ujjayi & Bhastrika
Lezione 6
Nadi Shodhana
Nadi Shodhana is another balancing technique. By using alternate nostril breathing, we are balancing the nervous system and deeply relaxing. Today’s practice: Full Yogic Breath (Nadi Shodhana)
Lezione 7
Sheetali/Seetkari
In this session, you will explore some of the cooling techniques. We will mix all three technique types, which we got to know, so you can feel their different influences. Today’s practice: Ujjayi, Kapalbhati, Sheetali/Seetkari

Brahmari
Today, you will explore Bramari - a beautiful pranayama technique that helps drop distractions and direct awareness deeply inwards. Today’s practice: Full Yogic Breath, Nadi Shodhana, Brahmari

Practice, Practice, Practice
As we are getting towards the end of this course, let’s dive deeply into the practice. Today’s practice: Ujjayi, Bhastrika, Nadi Shodhana, Sheetali/Seetkari

Self Practice, Your Daily Pranayama Routine
Congratulations on making it to our final session! Today, we will wrap up all that we've learned and analyze how you can design your own daily pranayama practice. May this last day of our course be your new beginning of a solid pranayama practice!
