Lezione 1
Your Energy Body
Today we are introduced to energy, the basic building block of all that is. As we learn to observe the subtle energetic changes within us, we are better able to moderate our emotions and responses, and consequently, more consciously create our life experience. We will be introduced to the “Magic Breath” which quickly and powerfully brings deeper awareness and presence.

Thoughts; Friend or Foe?
It’s time to take a deep and honest look at the thoughts running through our mind and the words escaping our lips. The thoughts we have and words we speak play an important role in determining the health and strength of our energetic boundaries. We will begin to see where we are supporting and where we are sabotaging ourselves.

Subconscious Beliefs
Today we will take a look at the subconscious beliefs operating within us. Until we are aware of our beliefs, we cannot change them. Our mind is powerful and it’s important that we are using this power to serve us, rather than hold us back. Healthy beliefs are essential to creating a happy life.

The Power of Beliefs
We’ll dive into the inner workings of the subconscious mind during today’s recording. If our internal environment is toxic, it’s like a magnet to the toxicity of the outer world. Our inner dialogue must match our outer goals and desires. If it does not, our only experience will be continual self- sabotage.
Lezione 5
Healing the Beliefs
We are multidimensional, complex beings filled with various traits and pieces of personality. Today we will be introduced to a part of ourself that is essential in creating our healthiest and happiest existence. When in sync with this part of ourself, we are best able to meet our needs. We’ll begin the process of getting to know the other various personalities/archetypes operating within us as well.

Keeping in Balance
As we seek to develop healthy energetic boundaries with the world, we must first develop them within our self. Today we begin the process of understanding ourself better, listening to ourself more deeply, and loving ourself more fully. As we consciously create daily spiritual routine, we balance and protect body, mind and spirit.

Shielding VS Walls
Learn the difference between fear-based walls and love-based shields. Many of us have created energetic walls with the belief that they protect and help us. Consequently, we are often also blocked from the very things we long for. With wisdom and love, we can shift these walls in such a way to protect and filter, without the unintended consequences.
Lezione 8
Create a Channel
Learn to feel the emotions of others without becoming burdened by them. This step is helpful to each of us, particularly those who are empathic or more sensitive to the emotions and experiences of others. Create an opening to release anything that doesn’t serve you, while still offering love and compassion to those you serve. Day Eight Question

Energy Vampires
Today we’re going to dive more deeply into creating an awareness of energy and will establish a cleansing and rebalancing routine. By the end of today you will be able to walk more safely in the world, no matter the energetic chaos that may be going on around you and regardless of who is nearby. We will better understand energy vampires and how to best balance and protect ourselves in their presence.
Lezione 10
Daily Practice
Day ten offers a guided exercise to implement the concepts and techniques we have learned to cleanse, balance, heal, and protect our energy body. As we practice daily, our energetic boundaries will be healthy, strong, and will serve us well throughout our life- allowing greater health, vitality, peace, and joy.
