We take a look at one of the most common challenges people face when meditating: the struggle with trying to quieten the mind. We discuss how a complete shift in approach to meditation can help with this, along with taking you through a guided example of a potential new meditation experience.

We discuss another common challenge with meditation: the wandering mind. We will talk about what to do about it and a new framework to consider that can help with this.

We explore acommon hurdle most people face once they've been meditating for a while, also known as 'the dip'. We discuss what to look for and then, what to do when you experience this moment.

Why Do I Get Bored With Meditation & Can't Seem To Stick With It?
In the final lesson of this course we explore how to make meditation an enjoyable, lifelong habit. We discuss some tips and tricks to try and a new way of looking at meditation, plus how it can help you establish meditation as a lifelong practice.
