Over the next 6 days, we will overcome some of the most common challenges faced with meditation, breaking down the misconceptions and myths and giving you the needed tools to help establish meditation as an enjoyable lifelong habit. The objective of this course is to enable you to go deeper with your practice and unlock some of the doors that may have been holding you back. Use this as a guide to accompany you with any other course or meditation style that you practice.

Lezione 1
Why Can't I Seem To Get Into That Meditative State?
In session one, we crack open the biggest lesson I've learned that completely shifted how I approach meditation. This can be particularly helpful if you find yourself getting frustrated or agitated with meditation now and then. I feel that this is the "golden principle" to meditation that can unlock its true power and enable it to do its magic.

Why Can't I Sit Still During Meditation?
On day two we dive into a few common misunderstandings about the different meditation positions and what key pre-meditation process to go through that can really help you if you experience physical discomfort when you meditate. We also explore the use of different mudras (hand positions) whilst meditating and how they can add to your experience.

Why Can't I Get My Mind To Switch Off During Meditation?
We take a look at one of the most common challenges people face when meditating: the struggle with trying to quieten the mind. We discuss how a complete shift in approach to meditation can help with this, along with taking you through a guided example of a potential new meditation experience.
Lezione 4
How Do I Stop My Mind From Wandering During Meditation?
We discuss another common challenge with meditation: the wandering mind. We will talk about what to do about it and a new framework to consider that can help with this.
Lezione 5
Why Can't I Seem To Progress/Go Deeper In My Practice?
We explore acommon hurdle most people face once they've been meditating for a while, also known as 'the dip'. We discuss what to look for and then, what to do when you experience this moment.
Lezione 6
Why Do I Get Bored With Meditation & Can't Seem To Stick With It?
In the final lesson of this course we explore how to make meditation an enjoyable, lifelong habit. We discuss some tips and tricks to try and a new way of looking at meditation, plus how it can help you establish meditation as a lifelong practice.

Really useful course for beginners or those of us ( like me) who find themselves in a bit of rut with their practice. This was fantastic. I have been meditating since January 2020. However, after listening to this I have a different mindset towards meditation. I was one of those people who if I did it one day I wouldn’t do it another day. It wasn’t until 2021 that I actually started doing meditation on a daily basis.
