Lezione 1
The Breath
Breathing is something the body does automatically and quite often during the busyness of everyday life we don’t stop to think about it and use it effectively. When we meditate, we are actually bringing our awareness inward and one of the best ways to refocus our attention is on the breath. During this lesson learn how to use the breath to anchor and ground into the present moment, become more aware of how our mind and body feel and acknowledge our thoughts without judgment.

The practice of Mindfulness does not try to quiet your mind or control your experience rather it allows you just observe what is happening at the moment, giving you mental space to help you in your day-to-day life, work, relationships and overall wellbeing. Learn how practicing mindfulness regularly is a great way to gain new perspectives, insights and is one of the most powerful ways to change how you feel and transform your mindset.

Visualization
Paint the canvas of our minds using the power of the subconscious where we tap into imagination, which is one method of using the mind to influence the body. Guided visualisation in meditation certainly helps and enriches your meditation experience, better direct your relaxed mind toward specific outcomes and allows you to experience the feelings associated with achieving a future goal in this lesson we are going to tap into your mindpower and exercise your powerful imagination.

Affirmations
In this lesson, we begin exploring another powerful tool for creating positive perspectives and ridding ourselves of negativities through the power of affirmations. These positive statements come together to soothe your troubled heart, grow a more positive state of mind and form the will you need to fulfil your dreams.
Lezione 5
Awareness
To help you grow your awareness and become a keen observer we are going to use the five senses (sound, smell, sight, taste, and touch) to ground yourself in the present moment which can enhance your experiences with the world around you. Appreciating the five senses can help you slow down and live for the moment.
