In today's session you'll be lying on your back breathing, legs bent, and learn to extend your spine safely and open the heart, inviting aliveness and energy into the body. Investigate the feeling tone inside your body, one breath at a time.

In today's session you'll be lying on your back as you start to invite various movements in the joints, paying attention to the shoulders, hips, knees and ankles. Allow your joints to move freely to encourage blood flow and maximise joint health.

Belly Breathing To Calm The Nervous System
In today's session you will be lying on your belly with props, and encouraged to notice the movements of the breath, particularly the out breath. Notice how various positions have a soothing and calming effect on the body, heart and mind.

Legs On The Chair & Centering Breath
In today's session your legs are placed on a chair or couch and the centering breath is invited to rest your attention inside your body breathing. This is a restorative pose to pour the energy back into the body, learn to rest and renew after a busy day.

Basic Relaxation Pose For Restoration & Ease
Today's session is a gentle body scan, beginning with a progressive muscle relaxation. Learn to invite ease with the out breath and then sweep the awareness through the physical body, dropping into stillness, sensing, feeling and being.
