Great info. Bumblebee breathtaking new and i loved it. The guided nidra yoga took me deeper than I recall ever going while staying awake. I like how we let the focus move through our bodies and allowed the words in.

Much needed, thank you so much. Amazing how much you have helped me understand my thoughts, feelings sensations and impulses and that I have a control to act on them or not. You provided guidance with which to counteract the impulses. I believe you can apply the same principle for a habit you want to form and stick with.
I will be listening to this again.
