Mindfulness can be described as turning down the volume of our thoughts to the chatter in our mind and increasing the physical sensations to anchor ourselves back to the present moment. Learn how to use mindfulness to decrease feelings of anxiety. Learn to become present within yourself and how mindfulness can help you cultivate these skills as an actor.

In this session, you to use the key components of mindfulness, listening to your needs and prioritizing them, recognizing fears you have, and using inquiry to investigate and a simple way to bring your attention back to enhance focus.

Managing Overwhelm With Mindfulness
On Day 3 of this lesson, you will start focusing on overcoming feelings of being overwhelmed and recognizing the habits we develop that lead to burnout. It's important to understand how constantly pushing ourselves can lead to burnout. You will also learn coaching strategies that can help you break these habits and be more productive starting today.

Prioritizing Self-care
In this lesson, you'll start to see how prioritising self-care to get more done and why is important to replenish yourself to keep you fit physically and emotionally and to have more energy to get more done, with a simple routine.

Boundaries
In this last audio, we will discuss boundaries why they are so important in our work life with other people and how we can start implementing them in our everyday lives. Sticking to boundaries is not easy because we want to get things done promptly, going back to the self-care session we talked about it’s part of that to get more done we need mindful of how we spend our time and the people we surround ourselves with and how it’s benefiting us.
