Enjoy two guided meditations to help you prepare your surroundings for sleep and how to rest the mind. Lastly, enjoy an experience when you first wake up to help you appreciate your sleep!
Abby Turner is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She has taught yoga and yoga teacher trainings all over the world and specializes in making yoga possible for all bodies. Abby believes that everyone, regardless of age, body type, or ability, can benefit from yoga.
