GUIDED DYNAMIC BREATHWORK ONLY – There is no introduction on this recording. If you are new to this style of breathwork, please listen to my other track first: "Guided Dynamic Breath Session" (9 minutes - with an intro) This Breathwork supports stress reduction, nervous system regulation, mental clarity, increased stamina, reduced inflammation, and more. This is an intermediate practice – Guided rhythm: 30 full inhales and exhales (mouth) Long exhale (mouth) - Hold Deep inhale (nose) – Hold Extra inhale (mouth) – Hold Long exhale release (mouth) - Ahhh / Om Repeat 2–4 rounds for full effect. If your breath holds are not there yet, no problem. Meet your edge with gentleness - capacity grows with practice. Listen to and stay connected to your body.
