In order to let go of anger we first need to understand what it is. We then have to accept that it is something we create within ourselves, and therefore it is totally within our power to remove it. Raja Yogi Yogesh Sharda empowers us to identify our unmet needs and, how when we address them, anger no longer has to be either felt or expressed.

The mind is the most powerful energy that exists,

But it is also the least understood.

The mind has been described as a flying horse.

The mind has been described like a child.

And so too,

When one sits in meditation,

One takes a few moments to be with the mind,

To ask the mind,

To speak to the mind about its deep inner need.

In our world of action and activity,

We know that the mind is receiving various kinds of signals and stimuli,

Mainly through things we see,

Things we hear,

And this causes the mind to race.

But for a few moments,

I choose to just allow the mind to be.

Let the mind dwell upon the thought,

And then let me add the word peace.

Peace.

Just allow the mind to taste once again the very sweet feeling of peace that is already there deep inside.

Within the self,

The seed of peace is eternally there.

But yet that seed needs to be watered in order to allow it to germinate.

And so let me water the seed of peace simply by being aware.

Awareness is the key.

The awareness is.

Carry this awareness with me,

And as I do so,

I can feel the difference between the peace inside my own mind,

My actions and relationships outside of me.

Peace is my personal property.

My peace is non-negotiable.

To maintain my peace of mind is to truly respect my own self.

I choose to live in a state of peace.

I choose to allow this energy of peace filter through my life,

Actions,

My relationships.

Power of peace brings stability,

Calmness and balance to every area of my life.
