Thanks.
Okay,
So let's have a beautiful time sharing this present moment.
The moment of now,
Just now.
We can think about the past,
Think about the future.
But even if we think about anything,
It's always done here.
Okay,
Just now,
Here and now.
So there is nothing beside now really.
And the magic about this moment is that it's alive.
It's not only that we are alive,
Yet I am alive.
Also,
The space between us is alive,
Is completely alive.
This space is alive,
Is a living consciousness.
And this space is everything.
So,
It's alive in what we see,
It's alive in who sees,
And it's alive in the space in between the subject and the object.
This can be felt.
It can really be felt and be experienced directly.
It's not something abstract.
It shouldn't be abstract.
It can be felt.
And from my experience,
The best way to feel it is through the sensation of the energy because we can easily recognize energy moving inside our body.
And then we can move from inside the body outside the body to our aura.
And then we can expand it.
Into the infinite space.
And then we can connect between the infinite space and inside the body,
And this is the living consciousness.
And then you go deeper into.
.
.
Pure consciousness,
Which is beyond that sensation,
But that's how we start.
So let's connect inwards first of all because the present moment is easiest to find it or to connect to it when we are aware of it inside our body.
Although it doesn't have to be necessarily inside our body because it's presence,
Obviously it's not only inside our body.
And the easiest to connect inside the body is the breath.
Because the breath by its nature,
It's something and it's nothing.
It comes from nowhere and enters into our body and then it lives back to nowhere.
So it's kind of a bridge between something and nothing in a very physical way.
So let's observe the breath.
Let's observe how the breath moves in and goes out.
And it's very normal that when we're observing,
We start to observe the breath.
Or the breathing process.
And because suddenly the mind moves from maybe something else completely different into complete awareness.
Yeah,
It's like when you stop running immediately,
So you not only stop running,
Your heartbeat is still high,
You're breathing fast,
Many symptoms.
Same here,
You're observing the breath but maybe suddenly comes emotions,
Maybe suddenly comes sensation of discomfort in the body,
Different things.
Everything is welcome.
We're observing the breath,
But anything else as well.
And as we're observing the breath,
Also let's pay attention to the one who is observing.
Or better saying,
From where the observation takes place.
Where is that,
Let's say,
Organ of observation inside our organism?
Obviously it's not our nose.
It's not our ear.
Where is it?
From where are we observing?
So when we pay attention to where are we observing from,
Comes awareness.
We are aware,
Observing and being aware is synonymous.
But as well when we are aware of the awareness and aware that from a certain part,
Actually it's the area of the third eye,
We are aware of how the breath moves in and out.
But the minute we are connecting to awareness,
Suddenly,
At least for me,
There is a sense of expansion immediately.
Normally when we are aware of something in the body,
We are aware as the ego person.
I am me.
I am being aware of something in me.
But really awareness is not limited.
To anything.
It can be placed on me,
What I call my body,
My breathing.
And it can be placed on my aura.
It can be placed on somebody else or anything.
And it can be placed boundlessly.
In the whole creation.
Awareness is a function of the mind.
And wherever the mind is deciding to be aware of,
Meaning to acknowledge the space,
And the awareness follows that immediately.
The mind points and the awareness perceives.
The mind points and the awareness perceives.
Whatever it is,
It doesn't matter what.
Normally that awareness or normally the mind points on thoughts and then the awareness is only focusing on thoughts.
Those thoughts many times generate emotions,
Then the awareness is focusing on emotions.
Generating more thoughts,
More emotion,
Etc.
Not very comfortable.
But that same process of mind pointing,
Awareness perceiving,
Is our salvation really.
So let's stay aware of the breathing process.
But let's do it with a widened awareness,
Not only I am observing my breathing.
But let's allow the mind to expand and to become infinite.
Meaning the awareness start to perceive an infinite space including the breathing.
And that's a completely different ballgame,
Completely different story here.
So,
Let's shift from a breath awareness to.
.
.
A nervous system awareness or nervousness awareness.
This is more subtle than the breath.
So we're looking at the general sensation of nervousness,
Of this is a general feeling,
Not specific in one area necessarily,
But the general kind of sense of a vibration in the body that is not comfortable.
Maybe we can call it anxiety,
Maybe we can call it a bit of nervousness.
Or just a sense of being off,
As if something is not okay but everything is okay.
Maybe emotionally we feel a bit off,
Not very happy.
Maybe there is a general feeling in the body of a bit oppression.
Maybe the breathing is a bit short and tight.
So this general sensation,
That's what we are aware of.
But again,
Like we started,
The trick here is to be aware of that nervousness as creation.
Or better saying or easier for the mind to perceive is infinite awareness.
Okay,
So as I explained earlier,
The mind points awareness perceive.
But we don't need to point sharp on something,
We can point infinitely wide.
On the whole creation and on the object we are perceiving.
The object is nervousness all over the body and in the same time the boundless infinite space.
That we are perceiving in the same time.
The same as if in your room,
Where you're sitting right now,
There is many furnitures.
You enter through the door and you don't need to focus only on the chair in front of you.
You can be very wide in your perception and at the same time observing the chair as well.
Like this.
So we are aware of nervousness,
But our room now is infinity.
The mind is boundless.
When we're holding the awareness in this way.
Any object that we are perceiving in the same time as the infinite awareness immediately will try to undo tension and to synchronize its dense energy with the infinite space immediately.
So give it a minute to take place.
As you're observing this synchronization taking place,
If there's any part within your nervous system or within your body,
We can call it also,
That feels a bit more tight,
A bit more nervous,
Maybe your head,
Maybe your chest or any other part in your body,
You can encourage that specific part to synchronize with the infinite space.
And then when that specific area that had been tense is dissolving,
Is becoming more comfortable,
Look for any other place in your body that feels tense.
And do always exactly the same process of inviting synchronization.
The most important thing here is to keep the mind infinite.
And to invite.
Synchronization between tension and the pure consciousness which is infinite.
So now,
Let's acknowledge the infinite space as a living space.
I just heard a lecture of a scientist.
That says that there are tiny particles in the creation.
They are like the pixels of creation.
It's called fractals.
Okay,
So you can think about exactly as an image you or a photo on your phone.
That the whole creation is made from these tiny,
Tiny,
Tiny,
Tiny,
Tiny,
Tiny particles and we can say that we can feel them.
The Note M.
Like separate or distinct.
They are alive,
Like you.
Like me.
They are full of consciousness.
In fact,
There are consciousness manifesting everywhere.
Allow yourself to feel that the infinite space around you is so vibrating,
Is so alive.
And the same outside,
So inside,
You as well inside your body,
You're so vibrating,
You're so alive.
Your whole body.
Is vibrating.
Your whole body is completely alive.
Your whole body is completely radiant.
Outside the body is completely alive,
Completely vibrant.
The infinite space of the whole creation exactly the same.
So allow yourself to feel.
That actually you are part of an ocean of vibrations.
That the whole creation is completely alive and vibrating anew.
Are forming part of it.
And that vibration is comfortable.
And in case any part of your body is not comfortable,
You're invited to synchronize with that infinite vibration that is very comfortable.
So now your body changed from being your personal,
Let's say,
Small body.
To the whole creation.
That became your body.
That became your existence.
I am all there is,
All there is am I.
Your consciousness is the consciousness of creation.
Your body is the whole creation.
Your soul is the soul of creation.
You are all there is.
All there is,
You are.
Then we go one step deeper.
Meaning that we're moving from needing to feel a vibration to only acknowledging being.
Being is also a vibration,
But it's the subtlest vibration there is that doesn't feel as a vibration,
It feels as being.
Like there is nothing and there is everything,
But that everythingness in a way doesn't feel like it's moving,
Yet it's super alive,
Something like this.
So how do we get there?
We're just needing to soften our mind furthermore.
And not to need to think,
To visualize,
To imagine or to feel anything right now.
Because it's being.
It's pure,
Completely pure.
So just allow your mind energy to sink completely down and backwards.
Let your forehead relax,
Let your eyes soften,
Your face soften.
And that process will lead you to feeling better.
Nothing and everything.
Just take a minute for that.
This is a very sacred space because it's like the ocean of consciousness from which life emerges and life dissolves into.
When you're being in this space you can easily see how your reality is formed.
You can see that the minute you forming a thought it's like defining a form in the infinite space.
And that form starts to operate,
Seemingly separate from that infinite space vibrating consciousness.
It's obvious.
When it's softening your mind,
Again,
You're just pure vibration,
Pure consciousness.
On the daily life as we're moving around because life feels dual,
Like always these images There is psychological images,
There is physical images.
So the mind tends immediately to go into cropping that infinite consciousness and identifying with images.
I am me,
These are my thoughts,
My emotions,
They are them,
This is my story.
All that is cropped images from the Infinite Consciousness.
All those things.
Which is true,
But at the same time it's also not true.
So when we are meditating and we're realizing the truth,
Of the reality.
We can be more clear of what are we doing and also how to come back to unity,
To softness.
And to feel the peace of existence.
That state of being which is acknowledging the Infinite Consciousness as a living being which you are completely part of.
Not only part of you are there.
Is the most powerful state of being,
Because there is no stagnation there.
It's the most healing state of being because it can undo any form of stagnation and allow life to continue and flow in harmony.
Obviously we all have our psychological tendencies which we came up as a result of our upbringing.
Some of us tend to be more frightened,
More anxious,
More angry,
Whatever.
At the same time,
If we know who we are,
We can always come back and kind of bypass those tendencies and not give them too much importance.
Then they will not bother us and it will be easier to harmonize.
Before we finish,
Let's just take a minute.
And invite those that right now they are not here with us in the meditation,
But we know they are not feeling very well,
And invite them to come and be with us in that sacred space of being.
So they as well can feel the healing that this space allows.
Beautiful.
Thank you so much for joining.
Adios.
