We will now do a sound meditation that takes us through the seven vital energy centers and their corresponding notes designed to put the chakras into balance.
The deep chakra now describes the positive quality of the chakra which we can focus on in the meditation.

The first chakra is the base chakra or the moladhara chakra.

Located between the base and the navel,
Is the Swadhisthana Chakra.
It has the positive qualities of the sense,
Aesthetics,
And creativity.
The note sung is re.
Re prevents thoughts.
Focus the tension on the Swadhisthana second chakra.

Re The third chakra,
Located at the navel,
Is the Nabhi Chakra.
Nabhi has the qualities of sustenance,
Righteousness,
Satisfaction,
Responsibility,
And generosity.
The note is Ga,
Which has a quality of giving satisfaction.
Ga Ga Ga For the attention up to the heart,
Call the anahat chakra,
The positive qualities of love,
Security,
Courage,
Compassion,
Benevolence.
The note is Ma.
Ma gives protection.
Focus on the heart.
Ma Ma Ma For the attention up to the throat,
Call the Vishuddhi Chakra,
The positive qualities of communication,
Truth,
Diplomacy,
And discretion.
The note sung is Pa.
Pa develops a personality.
Pa Pa Pa For the attention up to the sixth,
Call the Akya Chakra,
Located in the forehead.
The quality is forgiveness.
The note sung is Da.
Da prevents negativity.
Focus on the Akya Chakra.
Da Da Move your attention to a couple of inches above your head.
The seven chakra,
Integration of all the chakras,
Is called the Sahasrara Chakra.
The positive qualities of integration and God consciousness.
The note sung is Ni.
The quality is entry into heaven with absolutely no doubt in God.
Focus your attention a couple of inches above the head.
Ma Ma Ni We finish our scale meditation on the note sah,
The octave.
Sah,
Integration of all the notes.
Ma Sa Once you have arrived at the crown chakra,
As an option,
You may wish to reverse the process.
Sing the note sah on the same pitch you have ended the scale on.
Then drop your pitch to the corresponding notes as you descend.
