Hello,
My name is Tony Jacobson.
I'm an author,
Speaker,
And coach,
And it's my mission to help others get healthy despite their limitations,
To truly live an unbreakable life.
I'd like to talk to you about thinking about thinking and then thinking differently.
So what does this mean?
Well,
To live an unbreakable life means that you're going to have to think about thinking.
Now,
We go through life,
You know,
Every single second,
We have thousands of thoughts running through our mind,
But how often do we stop to think about those thoughts?
We don't really,
We're just kind of living life and we're running and gunning,
We're just kind of doing our thing.
But what's important to really be unbreakable is to stop and think about those thoughts.
Now,
For me,
When it comes to living with my disability and everything that I kind of went through with embracing my disability,
I had to start thinking about how I thought about my disability.
I was really taught to think a certain way about it and all the challenges that I faced.
And as I started to do some introspection and start to learn about myself a little bit more and really wanting to make a change and a transformation happen,
That's when I learned how to think differently about my disability.
And once I started doing that,
Once I started thinking differently about it,
That's when my feelings changed and my emotions changed.
And then once those things changed,
Then my actions changed toward my disability and what that meant.
So I was able to go from being a very unhealthy person with a disability to a very,
Very healthy person with a disability,
Right?
And so this is what I'd like for you to think about today is where in your life do you have challenges where you may be stuck because you're thinking about it a certain way?
You may be,
And it's not your fault because maybe there's just been years that have been going on and you've been thinking this way and maybe people around you have even told you that you should think this way about it.
So it's not your fault,
But it is your responsibility to think about it and say,
Hey,
How can I think differently about what this challenge is in front of me?
So that's what I want you to think about today.
And I want you to think about thinking and then I want you to think about thinking differently.
So do your best to try this unbreakable exercise every single day.
Whenever you get up in the morning and you start your day and you get out into the world,
You're gonna be faced with challenges,
Things are gonna come at you and start to happen,
But I want you to think about how your thoughts are towards that challenge and then immediately,
How can I change my thought about this challenge?
And that's what thinking about thinking means.
So I want you to take this with you today,
Go out into the world and any challenges that comes your way,
Just know that you can be unbreakable if you start to think differently about your thoughts and start to change them,
