I'll ask you to ensure that you're in a comfortable relaxed position whether you're sitting in a chair,
Lying on the floor,
Lying on your couch,
Lying on your bed and I'll also ask you to close your eyes.
What I'd like you to do right now is to take a note of how you're feeling.
Are you feeling stressed,
Overwhelmed,
Curious,
Anxious,
Grateful?
How are you feeling right now?
So please take a note of that and I'll ask you to take some nice deep breaths from deep in your belly feeling a full expansion and a full exhale.
At your own pace continue to do some nice deep breathing.
If you find that you're having thoughts come into your head let those go and move into your heart space.
Universal sphere is a feeling process not a thinking process and when you have any thoughts come up acknowledge and lovingly let those go.
I encourage you to release any expectations you have about what you may or may not feel during this experience.

I strongly encourage you to remain open and curious and I'm starting to create this universal sphere and if you know nothing about universal sphere that is okay.
Universal sphere is an incredible next generation energy tool.
It's an energy modality that allows us to have a conscious connection with solution energy,
A conscious connection with the universe.
And as this energy is being as we're connecting with this energy again I encourage you to remain open and curious.
Continue taking nice deep breaths slowly and deeply at your own pace.
If any thought is coming into your head lovingly let that go and come back to your heart space.
Every time a universal sphere is created it raises your vibration and it also adds love and light to yourself and your energetic body.
So I'm going to be quiet for a few breaths and I'll ask you to again continue focusing on your breathing and remain open and curious.
And as a gentle reminder you may or may not be feeling anything.
Whatever your experiences honor it and at this point I'm going to state some affirmations and they are gentle reminders that your higher self already knows.
I am love.
I am loving.
I am lovable.
I am kind.
I am humble.
I am courageous.
I am confident.
I am a fully supportive family member and friend.
I am a fully present and fully engaged listener.
I am a confident and inspiring speaker.
I am grateful for all the money that I've ever received.
I am grateful for all the money that I have right now.
I am grateful for all the money that is coming to me.
And once again come back to focusing on your breathing taking nice deep slow full breaths lovingly let go any thoughts you're having and come back to your heart space.
I encourage you to feel grateful that you're here right here right now listening to this.
There are many things you could be doing right now and you are choosing to take time for you and I honor you for doing so.
And I'm just going to be quiet for a few breaths again and again focus on your breathing and remain open and curious.
And at this point in time I am slowly releasing and offering the energy.
I encourage you to remain calm continue to focus on your breathing continue to remain open and curious while knowing that this expansive energy is now permeating every cell in your body.
And as this energy is moving outward in an expansive fashion it's also adding to the vibration of the planet while adding love and light to our beautiful planet.
So at this point I'd like you to take note of how you're feeling right now.
Are you feeling relaxed?
Are you feeling grounded?
Are you feeling calm?
Are you feeling energized?
How are you feeling right now?
And I'll ask you to slowly wiggle your fingers and toes do some light stretches come back to this physical space and whenever you're ready at your own pace and your own timing please open your eyes.
