It has been said that those who have gratitude will be given more, and those who have no gratitude shall be taken away from. In this relaxing gratitude meditation you will be gently guided through a series of things you can find gratitude for to help you reconnect to joy and find peace in your life.

Welcome,

Friend,

To this guided radical gratitude meditation.

This is your opportunity right now to focus your mind,

Your body,

And your spirit on the things that you are feeling grateful for,

That we are feeling grateful for.

And use that gratitude as a light to eliminate your life and the life of everyone else around you and in this world.

I will be rapidly firing off and sharing gratitudes in this meditation.

I invite you to sit back and listen and feel them or if you want to also at the same time share in rapid fire your gratitudes out loud in your own space.

Whichever way you choose,

Simply imagine that this gratitude is an illuminating light that you are sending out into the universe,

Spreading light,

Spreading love,

And spreading gratitude.

I invite you now to sit in a comfortable position,

Whether that be cross-legged,

On a chair,

Or even lying down if that feels best for you.

And putting your hands over your heart,

We will begin.

Thank you,

Mother Father Spirit,

For this moment right here and right now,

For being able to take the time in my day to pause,

To be present,

And to think of all the things that have been given to me and all the things that are coming my way and all the things that I have in my life right here and right now.

Thank you for this gift of life,

For breath.

Thank you for my health,

My well-being.

Thank you for my body that carries me through every single day,

Every single moment of life on this planet.

Thank you,

Mother Father Spirit,

For this gift of the day,

For all the opportunities that I will encounter today,

For all the people that I will connect with and share joy with.

Thank you for the connections that I have in my life,

The ones that are currently here and the ones that are coming into my future.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you for the abundance that is in my life,

For the financial abundance,

The financial security,

But also for the abundance of nature,

For the trees and the leaves on the trees,

For the blades of grass,

The birds,

All the abundance in nature that is a constant reminder to me of the abundance that surrounds me day in and day out.

Thank you,

Mother Father Spirit.

Thank you.

Thank you for all the blessings that you have bestowed upon me into my life,

For my family,

My friends,

My connections,

For my spiritual growth,

For my spiritual understanding.

Thank you,

Mother Father Spirit,

For these gifts that you have given me and for the gifts that are coming and on their way to me.

Thank you for the food that I get to eat every day,

For the clean water that I drink,

For the clean water that I bathe in and cleanse myself with.

Thank you.

Thank you for this feeling,

This moment right here and right now where I can stop,

Where I can be present,

Where I can notice all the things that are around me that fill my spirit,

That fill my soul and connect me back to the present moment.

Thank you,

Mother Father Spirit.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

In this moment,

Continue to allow yourself to sit in stillness,

Continuing to focus your thoughts and your energy on the things you are grateful for.

You can do this internally or oftentimes speaking this out loud,

Out into the universe can also have great power.

We'll take the next few moments to be in this state of stillness and gratitude.
