Throughout your life, situations may come across your path where you feel like you can't move forward and you cant do what you want. This tapping meditation will guide you from thinking that you can't, into knowing that anything is possible, that you can and you ARE capable.

Welcome,

Friend,

To this tapping meditation.

Have you ever had a moment in your life,

Or maybe you're there now,

Where there was something that you wanted to create,

Or something that you wanted to bring forward into the world?

Maybe this is a project or a creation that you're really wanting to manifest.

But inside there was this little voice inside of your head that kept saying,

I can't.

If you've ever experienced that,

Or if you are experiencing that now,

This is a tapping meditation that will help support you into turning those I can'ts into I can.

So I invite you right now to get in a comfortable position.

Now that can be either sitting up or lying down,

Whatever is the most comfortable for you in this moment.

And I want you to think about what it is that you feel like you can't.

What is present for you right now where you're telling yourself,

I can't?

Sometimes this voice can be really subtle,

Or sometimes it can be pretty loud and ugly.

So I want you to measure that right now on a scale of zero to 10.

Zero means not at all.

It doesn't exist.

You really don't need to be doing this recording right now.

Or 10 means it's really ugly,

And you'd really like to get rid of it.

And it's wreaking a lot of havoc in your life.

So go ahead and measure that on a scale of zero to 10.

If you have a pen in front of you and paper,

Go ahead and write that number down.

And go ahead and we'll just begin by taking in one deep breath,

One deep inhale,

And slow exhale.

And we will begin tapping on the side of your hand,

Even though there's this feeling like I can't.

I deeply and completely accept myself anyway.

Even though it feels like I just can't do it.

No matter how hard I try,

Or no matter how hard I want it,

I just can't seem to move forward.

I deeply and completely accept how I feel,

Even though I just can't seem to do it.

No matter how hard I try,

No matter what I do,

It's like I have this big wall in front of me,

And I can't get over it.

I'm open to exploring this,

And maybe getting to the other side and into I can.

And in that process,

I want to accept myself deeply and completely.

We'll begin now by tapping on your middle point.

It just feels like I can't,

Side of your eye,

No matter how hard I try,

I just can't move forward.

Under your eye,

I try and I try,

But I can't do it.

Under your nose,

And I don't know if I'll ever be able to move forward.

Under your lip,

I can't do it.

Collarbone,

I don't like telling myself I can't.

But this time,

It really feels true.

Under your arm,

All these feelings of I can't.

Top of your head,

I feel this in my body.

Middle eye,

I just can't do it.

Side of your eye,

I wish there was another way,

But I can't see how it's possible.

Under your eye,

And I feel frustrated.

Under your nose,

I feel so frustrated that I can't move forward.

Under your lip,

It's like there's this giant wall that I'm standing in front of.

Collarbone,

And I just can't seem to move past it.

Under your arm,

And I feel so frustrated.

Top of your head,

It feels like it's never going to change,

And I'm never going to get what I want.

Middle eye,

But what if it was possible?

Side of your eye,

What if there's a different way of looking at this?

Under your eye,

What if somewhere inside me,

There's a way to be able to and step into the I can?

What if I could shift my perspective just a little bit,

And focus on the things that I can do?

Collarbone,

What if it was possible?

Under your arm,

What if there really is a way that I could break down this wall that I feel like I'm in front of?

Top of your head,

I really,

Really want to move past this.

Middle eye,

I want to feel like I'm capable.

Side of your eye,

I want to step into possibility consciousness,

And see that all possibilities can happen.

Under your eye,

I want to see myself free and clear of this idea that I can't.

Under your nose,

And I want to see what I really am capable of.

Under your lip,

I want to believe that I am capable and that I can.

Under your arm,

I want to know that I can.

Top of your head,

And remove any thoughts or ideas that say that I can't.

Middle eye,

So right here and right now,

I'm choosing something different.

Side of your eye,

I'm choosing to look at myself differently.

Under your eye,

And I'm choosing to see what's possible for me.

Under your nose,

I'm choosing to see what I'm really capable of.

Under your lip,

And I'm choosing to adapt possibility consciousness.

Collarbone,

And know that anything is possible for me.

Under your arm,

And I'm choosing to release any thoughts or ideas that limit me.

And cause me to believe that I can't.

Top of your head,

So I choose right now to let go of any thoughts,

Ideas,

Or notions that are keeping me from believing that I can.

Middle eye,

I choose to know that I can.

Side of your eye,

I choose to believe that all things are possible for me.

Under your eye,

I choose to no longer see myself as limited or not capable.

Under your nose,

Right here and right now,

I can and I will.

Under your lip,

I choose to embrace this knowing with my full body that I can.

Collarbone,

And I feel so excited to think of the things that I can create,

Knowing that I can.

Under your arm,

I choose to embrace this knowing with every part of my being.

For I now know and accept that I can.

Top of your head,

And so it is.

So I invite you to take in another deep breath and just sit into that knowing,

Into that feeling of I can.

And I want you to now think about how strongly do you feel about that feeling of I can.

If you were to tell yourself right now out loud,

I am capable and I can.

How true does that feel on a scale of zero to ten?

If that number still feels pretty high in the realm of I can't,

I encourage you to go through this taffy meditation one more time,

Or as many times as you need to.

And I welcome you into this new world of I can.

So profound and inspirational. The beginning of the meditation had me crying and releasing some pent up emotions when I had to focus on โ€˜I cannotโ€™ but after the release I could let go of the weight and really embrace knowing that it was just my fear.
