Good morning and welcome to your 10-minute morning meditation to have the best day ever.
Go ahead and find a comfortable seated position with your spine tall and straight,
Shoulders back and heart open.
Open to the magic,
The possibilities that today has to offer you.
And just start to invite your body to fully relax,
Starting with your face,
Your shoulders,
Your belly,
Soft,
And feeling your bottom held by the seat,
The ground below you.
And to start off this amazing day,
We're going to start with 10 deep breaths to welcome in new energy,
Releasing out the old from the bed,
From the sleep,
From yesterday that may still be lingering.
So you're going to breathe in through the nose,
Deep,
Full breath,
And out,
Sighing out the mouth.
Do 10 of these breaths together.
Breathing in through the nose,
Hold the breath out,
Noticing the sensations,
The energy,
The tingles in the body,
Feeling your essence alive.
When you're ready,
You can find your natural breath again.
And now you're going to gift yourself by starting today off with an attitude of gratitude and feeling into three things you're grateful for.
For the first thing,
Bring into your heart now a person,
Someone in your life who you are truly and deeply grateful for.
Feel into this person and all the qualities and everything they bring into your life.
And allow this to even bring a smile to your face.
I'm so grateful for this special soul that you get to have an experience and do life with.
Take a big breath into this person,
Filling your heart up with love.
And release.
And for your second gift of gratitude,
Feel into something that happened yesterday that you can be truly grateful for.
Imagine that your experiencing that magical moment again right now.
Feeling so thankful for this experience,
This lesson,
This moment,
Allowing that to fill you up and breathe it in and let it go.
And for the third gift of gratitude,
Feel into something,
An opportunity,
A possibility that you're grateful for today.
And feeling your heart expanding and exploding with love and gratitude for this opportunity that you get to do,
You get to feel,
You get to experience today.
And breathing in that feeling of gratitude deep into your heart,
Filling yourself up,
Feeling so good.
And releasing it all out.
And to continue to create the best day ever,

Know with the seed of intention,
