For this guided meditation,
We are going to begin our practice by setting intentions to begin our day,
To let go of any planned task,
To not think about our to-do list just for a moment,
Connecting to the present moment,
Practicing the stillness.
Connecting to breath and repeating some affirmations to get you by during these stressful times.
Inhale in,
Then exhale letting it all go.
As you begin to settle,
Repeat these affirmations and really feel them.
I am joyful.
I am healthy.
I am fearless.
I am confident.
I am powerful.
I am embracing change.
I am abundant.
I am strong.
I am courageous.
I am loved and supported.
I am guided by my spirits and the universe to my highest potential.
I am leading a path to light.
I am unstoppable.
Feeling each of these affirmations,
Repeating them throughout the day as needed to feel connected,
Grounded with the universe and to yourself.
