My name is Janeth Gallardo and I am here to guide you through a peace adaptation to find stillness within your outside chaos and connecting to the breath,
Allowing ourselves to unwind,
Let go.
Begin by finding a comfortable seat or lay down restfully and having a soft close in the eyes.
Bring the shoulders away from your ears,
Focusing on your breath.
Begin to inhale deeply and exhale letting it all go.
Do a few more rounds of deep breath connection.
As you begin to engage the breath,
You're allowing yourself to surrender,
Finding that inner stillness and calm within your mind,
Body and spirit.
But oftentimes you find distractions that is outside of our control.
It's always good to know that you can have that inner silence despite the noise that is outside.
Never begin to become aware of your surroundings and observe what it is that you're feeling.
Is there a specific energy coming up?
What is the temperature like?
Are you feeling warm?
Cold?
How can you work through these observations?
You can't hold here for as long as you wish to really connect to the spirit.
